"We have eaten here many times because my kids love one of the foods here, however, the service is very poor, and the manager and supervisor are very rude, JUDI is the name of a manager, very rude and arrogant; The first time, the restaurant gave me the wrong food to go. When I back to another hotel my kids have no food to eat and it's deep night time!!! The second time, last week, I paid for the food and went back late to PU the food. They said because I went back more than 2 hours, the food would be harmful to my Health so they threw away my food and no apology, no refund; This is really ridiculous!!! The management of this restaurant is a complete joke, I complained to the company about the restaurant, and no one seems Dealing with it, and no one has given me any feedback till today 9/8/23 However, the duty manager of the casino and the VIP duty manager have a very good attitude. this is the reason I give 1 start here; Or I give 0 star !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
