"I was really expecting a 4.5 star restaurant, but all we got was the mediocre food, service, and atmosphere of a 2 star hole in the wall. I swear restaurants make up the reviews with their employees...either that or people just don't know good food. First off, made a reservation online for 6:30 on a Friday, come in that day to find out nobody has my reservation, and also come to find out their online registrations have been broken for months. Maybe remove the reservations online? We got seated at very small table that didn't fit anything around you that also blinded you in sunlight. The army of waiters they had pacing the floor back and forth back and forth and not one minded the sun just in my eyes. At this point I was obviously contemplating shutting the blinds but thankfully a waiter ended up seating a more serious couple and one of them closed the blind for the disgruntled man. We were asked for our drinks very promptly, but when the water cups came out, there was lipstick all over the mouth of the glass. Absolutely disgusting. When our appetizers started arriving we quickly saw an issue with the table we were sitting at.....it's not big enough for their humungous plates. Seriously this appetizer plate took up about 50% of the table, and mind you about 30% of the table was already taken up by the random salts, peppers and basket of pita bread (what the heck is the pita for if you don't order appetizers? What if I just want a sandwich? This really made the ordering process stressful for me, since I wanted to utilize the nice pita on the table... I really should have just ended up getting a sandwich.... We asked for ranch with our appetizer plate. Got none. Asked for no sauce on the veggies, still got sauce....Wow okay...off to a bad start. Their menu photos don't look like anything they actually served us. Their potato appetizer platter with veggies online looked like a nice fried potato pancake of sorts with zucc and asparagus....it was literally underdone oily chewy potato chips with a little oil and lemon thrown on top of them. The asparagus roots were left on the final product, really amateur. I don't want to have to tackle my asparagus and hope I got the veggie part and not the root. Zucc was fine. My lamb on the rod was the worst lamb I've ever had the displeasure of tasting... no marinade, the pieces were cooked medium well, the pink was nice so I was excited...just how I ordered...yes!!....but these lamb pieces were like chewy jawbreaker gumballs. Not to mention the flavor was off and tasted like a burned grill. This is not how it's supposed to be. It's really sad. I've eaten at many middle eastern and Mediterranean food joints in Ohio and Michigan so I know what good lamb is supposed to be. This lamb would probably be great if it was actually seasoned correctly. My girlfriend's family come from a Arabic/Yemeni family so I've been shown the ropes and this really isn't acceptable lamb. Your rice tastes like it came from a rice-a-roni package. Upgrade your quality of rice. The side salad was a bunch of wilted romaine lettuce with tomato. Pretty normal affair but I've had better execution at other places for sure. Your sauce cups look the exact same...which one is garlic...which one is lemon? A slight annoyance after all our table has been through. I wanted to love this place, but I don't think we will ever be back."

"I already reviewed my visit here in late May, but I 'm not sure where I posted it! And, it seems to have disappeared! In any case, I got a response to the review asking that I email the restaurant and that management would get in touch with me. That was several weeks ago now and I haven 't heard a word. What my original review said was that the service was horrible, especially as our dinner went on. The one good thing I can say is it one of my friends was originally given an incorrect order, but she was told that she could take it home gratis. We were asked whether we wanted boxes while half of our food was still on our plates. Eventually boxes were piled up on our table, even though there was absolutely no room for them. Finally the check was deposited on the table, and I finally asked the waitress whether she was not planning to return to our table to ask whether we wanted coffee or dessert. She responded with a sullen sorry. Let me quickly add that the restaurant was half empty and we had been there less than an hour at this point. I thought my food was decent and so did the friends who is with us, but my husband did not like his very much. I originally gave this place three stars, but after being told to email them, I never getting a response after more than three weeks, I am downgrading! I won 't be back. I regret that, since I 've had two good dinners there in the past, one pre-pandemic."

"Had the best dining out experience in long time! Last night my 86 year old mother wanted to take me out to eat for my 50th birthday and we went to this Olive Garden. That place was packed! But despite that, they had a table for us and was able to accommodate my elderly mother with her walker! So major kudos to the greeters! Sorry I didn't get their names! Then after been seated, we had about 5 minutes to look over the menus. We were then greeted by our server, Julian who was awesome. This young man was super polite, professional, very personable, knowledgeable with the menu. After taking or drink and food orders, which I figure we would be waiting a while, each was brought out in a speedy manner as if there was hardly anyone there and we were the only ones. I went to check my phone and minutes later here came Julian with the salad and bread sticks which were fresh and very tasty! No long after that, here came our main dishes which were also piping hot, looked great, and very tasty as well! Despite Julian had other tables to attend, he was right there at the right time to check on us! he was super quick with refilling drinks, clearing empty plates from the table and more. I mean for the time he made you feel like the elite and he was your butler per say. Then came time for dessert and after help us to decide, he came back with it. It was sooo good! My elder mother wanted to try another and again Julian was on it! When he quickly returned with it, he stated he talked to his manager and it was on the house! What wait? What did you say? How awesome!!! Because ir was my 50th birthday and they wanted to do something nice for a senior, it was on the House! We were Julian's last table and he was kind enough to chat while helping to box up leftovers to take home. This young man is in college and will be going to Europe next fall to study for a semester in biology. He has a great plan and well thought out! We are very proud of him as today so many young people are so into video games, being lazy, and not having a plan for life. Julian does. Kudos to his parents for raising such a wonderful and respectful young man! To all of the Olive Garden staff. Thank you for such an awesome experience on a Friday night during peak hours! Olive Garden, you have a major asset in your staff from your manager, the greeters, the cooks and servers, especially, Julian! In a time when most businesses are short staffed, supply chain issues, your staff made it like we were back to normal and the pandemic never occurred! We will definitely be back and will be asking for Julian to be our server! I also want to give a special shout out to the manager and Julian for the special treatment of my 86 year old elder mother and making her smile as well as feeling like a queen! Also for extending kindness on my birthday! You made it amazing! It is tough right now with the economy, inflation, staff shortages, supply chain shortage and yet despite all of that, having an amazing team of people who want to work, are very personal, professional, assists seniors, and went out of your way to make my birthday dinner with my mother a very special one! Thank you Olive Garden and thank you Julian! You are the best! Keep up that integrity, and service! Major Kudos!"
