"Great place to grab a bite to eat and a drink if you are going to ride the Royal Gorge train. You order inside and sit in an outside dining area. We ordered drinks, alcoholiic and nonalcoholic, crepes, and ice cream. The drinks and food items were amazing. Only complaint was there was only one employee that was making drinks and desserts. He was amazing but overwhelmed with how many order he had to make. Consequently, the wait was quite long. Also, please fix the air conditioning in the caboose so your employees and work more comfortably."
