"When we cut into the quiche, it crumbled apart, largely because it was mostly diced ham and asparagus with insufficient egg to hold it together, and it was only slightly warmer than room temperature. We requested salt and pepper, expecting a place of this caliber to provide a pepper mill, but instead, we received the standard salt and pepper packets you might find with a hospital meal. We also ordered a Gorgonzola and mushroom truffle dish, hoping it would be better, but we were left feeling resigned.
To be fair, there were two young servers who seemed to be doing their best under the circumstances. However, when I’m paying for a meal, especially one at a higher price point, I expect it to be more enjoyable than what you might be served at a child's lemonade stand.
On a different note, the restroom was quite dusty, which didn’t add to the overall experience. I apologize if I seem overly critical, but I wanted to explain why I only gave this place three stars. There's definitely room for improvement."
