"After traveling and eating out for a few days, we thought Chinese sounded good. We saw glowing reviews for PV Asian Cuisine so we felt it would be a great stop. 1. The exterior is a bit scary looking. We rechecked the address upon arrival because we didn't believe it could actually be that place! 2. The people inside were absolutely sweet and welcoming. The chef/cook didn't seem to speak or understand English but he had a nice young girl taking orders and her English was great! 3. At this time (late September, 2020), only take-out or delivery were available. From what we could see, the former dining room looked clean. : 4. It took only about 15 minutes for our order to be ready and we were absolutely amazed by the quantity of food! Seriously impressive! 5. Unfortunately, the quality of food (although seemingly fresh) was not very good. The egg rolls were greasy and had a distinct vinegar taste. The hot and sour soup was little more than beef broth. Surprisingly, the egg drop soup was quite tasty! The sweet and sour chicken was really just bland tasting dough balls with small bits of chicken in the dough. The red sauce (the red, sweet liquid for the sweet and sour) was fairly bland and watery. The fried rice was just brown colored, flavorless rice. The best of the bunch was the Almond Chicken. Lots of veggies and actual pieces of chicken! The fortune cookies were even stale. Maybe this Chinese food is good for Casper, but it's far inferior to what we're used to."
