"*sigh* I've been here for years! 10 11 years to be exact. Last Sunday we came in. We have set ourselves and we could hear that the manager or the boss on the host screams over the room to sit at the table, not sure why this was not done privately, less screaming. We felt super unpleasant. Next comes our server to take our order. Take out my fiancé soup and salad and forget to bring mine. 15 minutes later, after my fiancée finished his soup and his salad, I asked her about my misery and she just says ok and brings it over, never apologized for forgetting. We sit and wait for the rest of our entrees and notice that our waiter also does all take-out orders, so we knew that they would concentrate all the time to go the orders and we were correct. My food comes out, she accidentally gave me rolls against the individual sushi I had ordered, but I haven't said anything since I knew she wouldn't come back soon and I was right. My food was about 25 30 minutes before me. We see countless orders to go and other tables that came after we all get their food and finish before we started. My children and fiancées haven't got their food yet and we just wanted to go. I have the chance to mark our server that seemed so upset to be interrupted. She asks if everything was fine and I let her know that they were waiting for their bentobox and roasted rice. Again, no excuse for the long waiting period and just go back and bring our food. I was so close to going out, but I didn't want to make a scene. I loved this place and introduced so many locals to this restaurant. Unfortunately, I will not come back because of the service. 2 stars spent for all great times here throughout the years, but 0 stars for our last dinner experience here."
