"Currently waiting 25 min to get a refill on endless shrimp! They are NOT busy. We were told they only have 4 setvers...NOT my problem! This is NO excuse for SLOW UNATWNTIVE BAD service. "We have been regulars here since the day they opened. Everytime we come here it has been a pleasant experience. Of course we are troopers easy going people. Food is always on point it's mostly the experience especially with Hibachi. You have to join in the fun! The tables are more romantic or one on one if you decide to hang out longer. Experiences may vary but I give them 5 ???????????"

"Come here if you want the best food in town. No where else can you get delicious homemade food as well as great fresh pastries. The staff is so friendly and personable, if they don’t have something you want, they make sure you find something that’ll make you happy. The owner has really made that place into the best it’s ever been and is always having new innovative ideas, not just with the food, but with events as well. My family loved going to their grinch day they have in December. It’s hard to find a good place like this."

"I've been going to Carls for over 15 years, and that was my first job in high school. Food has always been fantastic, they have great daily specialties, and the service is always beautiful and pleasant. If you've never gone there, I highly recommend it. I personally love the chips as a side, but you can't go wrong with everything you chose there."

"this is the second location of the franchise. it offers the same eating and options as the larger restaurant on the bridge st. the only thing that violates this remote position is the orientation to the western avenue. Except that's all good."

"This is a great location! Very friendly and fast. Food was hot and fresh each of the several times I visited during the city. Even when they were short, there was a guy in there who shook to let it happen. Impressive!"

"The only reason I'm giving this place 4 stars is due to their delivery times. I understand that being short-staffed can lead to delays, but when you speak to a real person instead of ordering online, it would be nice to get an update on delivery times. That said, the food at this specific Donato's is definitely a 5-star experience!"

"This fairly new Captain D's fills a need for a fish restaurant on the west side of Chillicothe. Like most restaurants in the area right now, this store is suffering from a lack of staff. It would be wise to call ahead to make sure it's open before going out of your way to dine here. A sign on the door stated that they would be closing at 7 PM the day I visited. My meal was consistent with other trips to other Captain D's, which I rate just a notch below Long John Silver's. I'm disappointed that they don't have an app to earn rewards or get discounts. They frequently have coupons, which definitely help bring down their prices. The standout item of my meal was the hush puppies. They were some of the best I've ever had. They were crispy on the outside and soft and light on the inside with visible bits of soft onions throughout. The staff was friendly and the store was clean. I will not go out of my way to return here soon, but if you're craving fast food fish, this is not a bad choice."

"great meals in house style. I had my favorite dinner. they get 2 boneless pieces grilled to perfection, selection of kartoffels and salatable. $18. loves her fried chicken, fried steak, and they have really good tender sandwiches. we celebrated birthdays (mom and my niece). service was great. Come there early. it fills them quickly!"

"The philly cheese steak was bland and dry. It was barely edible. The lettuce looked and tasted nasty. The buffalo chicken was okay, but still pretty meh. The loaded fries are a very small portion and not worth the money. Also didn't have much flavor."

"This was my 1st time visiting this place. It absolutely will NOT be my last. This place has got to be one of the best small-town-type dairy bars I've been to in my life. Get the footlong with chili and all of the toppings. Get a tenderloin. Get an Avalanche. Get it all! It's so good! Everything they make is delicious. The staff is wonderful. I love it, and I plan on returning as soon and as often as possible. Service: Take out"

"Great food. Your part is quite humble, warned. If you're a big eater, you'll love it. If not, you have remnants for days my favorite though, is actually their pace. Super crispy and (again) comes in a big pile. Very recommended"

"Me and my family are vegan and we wanted a quick meal, we decided we were going to try and ask to see if they can make a special order. We bought vegan cheese and brought it over asking if we could substitute it instead of real cheese and one of their workers willingly did it for us and everytime we came and order which isn't very often) the same worker helped us it has been a real time saver for us especially for our big family"

"Super spot for hot sandwiches of all kinds. We ordered the Italian, open face pizza ruben. All premium sandwiches!Salads are FULL of fresh tasty ingredients. Their stuffed mushroom are delish! AND The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is incredible inside. It's clear that a lot of thought, money work went into the updates. We stopped here on our way back from vacay, not knowing what we were getting. You might feel it's a bit off of the highway (like 3 or 4 mins). Totally worth the 4 or 5 stop lights to get there. We will be back! Great job, Mister Sub team! Thank you for feeding my family!"

"It's great to eat, we live in Kansas City, but if we always go there, stop eating there, all the food is wonderful and waiters are always friendly and keep you check if you need anything...you get so much food we usually order just a meal and share, love the chips and salsa, my friend always asks about the green salsa, he loves it and her margaritas our great."

"Stopped by the Chillicothe location on Saturday, July 1, 2023. I had seen good things about the product on FB and we were looking for a cool treat. There were may items on the board however we were told that those were not available. We 're told they only had four flavors available and none really sounded good. We said okay, no thank you, proceeded to walk out the door. One of the teenage girls said 'Byeee ' in a rude way. I would have reprimanded my daughter for talking that way to an adult. WILL NOT GO BACK."
