"I've been to Roepke's a few times and the food is always really good. However, the last time I was there the service was aweful! We waited 15 minutes for menus (or an acknowledgement of any kind) after finally being seated late for our reservations and then the hostess was rude about getting us menus. Once our waiter came over and service proceeded things got better, but we were pretty disappointed."

"One of the best burgers in the entire Waco area! Cooked and seasoned perfectly with a toasted bun as they all should have. The onion rings were very crispy which is hard to find. "I went to Terraverde on Friday to get a drink, and I was very blown away with the customer service I received from the young gentleman that was working. He asked me all sorts of questions and what I wanted how I wanted it and then after my drink was completed, he walked around the corner and handed it to me. He didn’t just reach over the counter and say ma’am your drink is ready but he came to me and gave me the drink. I was very impressed with that, thank you for the added personal touch of customer service"
