"We were in town visiting family for the holidays and went to dinner with a group. It's typical of a small town restaurant, all the locals knew each other and the employees. The service was excellent but the food mediocre at best. The chicken alfredo was just OK. The pasta sauce was lacking in flavor. The ravioli with sugo was a little bit better but for the restaurant's long history, I would have expected to be blown away and I truly wasn't."

"What I like about McDonalds is that they're fast. I ordered the number 2 Sausage Egg McMuffin meal with a coffee. It's a hit or miss when I get good service here. I understand that the goal is to lose time, but customer service is lost. End of conversation “is it?” “Is that it” with an rude tone does not want me to come back, but rather end something in an upbeat posture “will that your order is completed” keeps me back."
