"It's a good Denny's, but it looks like it's a Silver Diner in another life. No matter the decorations are really well done. It is really close to fifty diner decor and we loved it. It's a fun place to eat. Clean, good service and the server were great. She recommended puppy pancakes and while they did not have the taste, we asked about those they were great. I recommend the Skillets."

"This franchise really speaks for itself, doesn't it? Clean and well maintained terrain outside. Friendly and friendly staff and employees Every visit. "Ordered the 3 piece combo which was supposed to be all original. The biggest 2 pieces wound up being extra crispy which were covered w such a ridiculous amount of whatever the "extra crispy" actually is that you had remove it to even find the chicken. Ordered 2 extra drumsticks both should have been original one was orginal other was extra crispy. Seems like whenever theyre short of original they just dump in the extra crispy. I think they should just drop the extra crispy altogether and keep original and grilled. Definitely not the KFC it was when when the Colonel was in charge. Mashed potatoes are always good, biscuit I could take it or leave it. 2 /5."

"I was a pleasant experience eating at this restaurant. Everyone was so nice to people here. You felt like you were actually eating among friends. Not only that, but manager was bilingual and that is a plus for me since my accent is sometimes too strong. So the food was very good, it was freshly cooked. Place was cleaned and although it was clean there was a very nice young lady cleaning the place and mopping. I am attaching a few photos of the food so you can see I was enjoying the place. Because there were a few other guest I couldn't take photos of the restaurant itself. May be next time I stop by I will take some photos of the restaurant. Good experience."

"Decent Steakhouse. I don't get out to Billygan's as much as when they were on Mill Plain, but I still manage to eat there once in a while. Regardless of which Billygan's I've eaten at, I have always had good friendy service. The steaks I've eaten here have always come as ordered as has pretty much anything I've ordered. I typically order steak and coconut prawns as it's what I like the most. I recommend Billygan's with one caveat: If you haven't been here, you'll find this is one of those steakhouses that has peanuts on the tables and everyone throws the shells on the floor. So if you or a family member have a nut allergy, I wouldn't recommend going there. But if that's not the case, give it a try."

"My husband picked this up on his way home. I thought the food was great. Exactly what I expected when ordering Chinese food. If anyone struggles with the language barrier, circle what you want on their paper menus and just hand it to the staff. Totally eliminates any confusion. My husband did that tonight and said they seemed to appreciate it and were able to get cooking without any fuss."

"I have gotten food from there several times, and haven’t had any issues. Tonight though... I called in as I was leaving Christiansburg to place a order, the lady ask me to hold the second she answered the phone... so I did. She just layed the phone down and took a order from someone, then she never picked back up, I could here her going on with what she was doing, then she took another order.... so I waited and waited, finally as I was pulling into the parking lot, they just picked the phone back up and hung it up, never checked to see if I was still on there. So I walked in and thanked them for leaving me on hold, and then just hanging up. I never got a sorry, screw you or anything.... just a blank stare..."

"We wanted to try this restaurant but they aren 't open the times their website says they are. I called to see what special sides they had, and was told that we don 't have any tonight because we 're not open, but we will have some for you tomorrow . Seriously? YOUR WEBSITE says open til 7pm on Tuesdays, might consider fixing that if you expect people to come there. Doubt we will be giving this another try any time soon."

"I've always been a big fan of O Charlies. I end my wife, we have a stressful auto shopping experience and decided to take a break and eat here. It was the best FOOD I ever had!! Everything was perfect. The part that stood most to me was the staff. My server and the hosts played with our son talked about Spider-Man with him, even some web singing! Lucas and Jada were our hosts and they were amazing Lucas checked for me and my family twice during my meal and he wasn't even a server. Ray was our server and she was professional, sweet and all around very tailored to our needs. We were shocked when she said it was her first week's best service I had in a long time from anywhere. Last but definitely not least, Laverne is the manager I believe and she killed it clearing tables, running food, reviewing every customer food and experience. It wasn't one of those scripted talks either it's honest and you could say that they really care about your experience not only because it's their job! A total of 10/5 stars and definitely will be back for this superstar staff. (snaps)"

"My experience at this restaurant location today was terrible. There were two women working behind the counter, one preparing food and the other checking out customers. The woman preparing food seemed very upset and irritated, taking my order reluctantly and handling my sandwich roughly. She even dropped a portion of it into a tomato container and then put it back on my sub without saying anything. When I suggested she should be sent home, she admitted that she needed to leave. The woman at the register explained that the upset woman was actually the manager, and they were just overwhelmed with work that day. I left feeling disappointed that they let their stress affect their customers. When I go out to eat, I don't expect everything to be perfect, but I do expect basic decency. What a shame."

"When we arrived, it took them 10-15 minutes to come to us and give us menus. There was only one server and she had quite a number of tables. She didn’t understand when I told her what I wanted, so she went and got her boss. But all I did was point to the menu?? The sauce was not good, tasted artificial, the shrimp was gross, and the veggies scared me... they looked like they were fake hahaha. But who knows, maybe I ordered the wrong thing. My boyfriend got a salad and it was a really pathetic one, with barely any sauce and it was very watery. I got edamame which was good. I’d say the best thing from my dinner was the 2 orange slices and rice lol"

"Had the Wagyu (cheese) burger with fries. Comes with lettuce and tomato on the side. Ask for mayo if you want it. Fries had side of ketchup. $12.99 Very tasty and just enough far/grease to be a burger. Odd how a seafood restaurant has the best burger in town. Move over Red Robin. I picked up inside as to go order. All the staff are very courteous. And the food was hot. Again, move over Red Robin."

I'm an older person it with hard to read what was on the bar. The prices were a little higher then I expected because the website had not been updated.Parking: Be careful driving through the parking lot because it's in need of repair."
