"Just had a TERRIBLE experience here. I went for lunch and ordered a Turkey O 'Toole sandwich which comes on a pretzel bun (says that in the menu description). I 've had this many times and it 's quite good. The pretzel bun really makes it. When the server brought it over, it was on a regular hamburger bun. I asked to see the manager. Janet, the manager came over and I explained my dissatisfaction. She told me that they are unable to get any pretzel buns from their supplier and that 's why it was on a plain hamburger bun. I told her that my server should have told me that what I 'd be getting was not what 's described in the menu. I told her that there should be an adjustment on my bill or not even be charged. She said that since I was eating it, she would not make any adjustments. UNBELIEVABLE. I have eaten there many times as I live within walking distance. That will be my last time going to Bennigans. And I will make sure that everyone I know is aware of my awful experience. Very disappointed that their manager, Janet has no concept of the words customer service and what that means. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS RESTAURANT!"
