"when we were traveling on a motorcycle over the country, we decided that tn bbq would make a great early dinner before we go on. we have an internet search after what was in the opposite and decided on the pig flying, which was about 8 miles from our location. the restaurant was a tad difficult to find because it was extensive street work with blocked and a road in the opposite, but we have it in the strip mall next to a medical walk-in clinic. the facility was very nice, appeared very clean, and the food was very, very good; perhaps not the best we ever had, but we are cut above the. if we have a complaint, our author did not seem to have interpersonal communication skills and it seemed that it was not really important to interact with us, which made the ordering experience in an unknown operation somewhat unpleasant. but the food we enjoyed made the unpleasant interaction a bit easier to swallow. a thing that visited this country has taught us these last years, is that good employees, with a favorable personality and human skills seem to have become a rare event in every industry in the good ol' usa. but that happens if workers can't find anyone to fill empty positions. they are forced to get whoever they can. it is a sad, difficult and complicated country where we live."
