"The Manager Dwayne was downright rude. It clearly shows they are greedy for money and don’t give a damn about customer service. Masala Chai ordered was old and extremely sweet. Upon requesting to make a fresh cup, he denied. The old Chai was sent back to the kitchen and yet was charged on the bill. Decided to tell the manager about the toxicity of old Chai, his response was, ‘No one died yet’. A customer service oriented place might as well just apologize and let it go, rather than passing such a comment on food safety. They spent good on the ambience but lack customer service training! DO NOT RECOMMEND The server was polite and did a good job on serving."
