"I went to the restaurant and ordered a chicken strip meal. When I got home, I realized they had given me chicken nuggets instead. I drove back to the restaurant and before I could say what was wrong, the manager asked if I was there for chicken strips. He quickly gave me the correct order, but I asked for them to be freshly made because I was worried they would be cold by the time I got home. The staff seemed annoyed about it, but remade the order. This time, they gave me small strips instead of the medium ones I had paid for. I questioned this and they only offered to give me the same small size again, implying they had made a mistake the first time. I was upset that they were so careless with my order and even rude about it when I had to drive all the way back home to get it fixed."
