"Stopped by for pizza yesterday for 1st time here in many years. Got a Tuscana Pizza 18 ' ' with Fresh tomatoes, garlic, fresh spinach, and grilled chicken. Pizza just average. Thin and dry. Would have given a 3, maybe a 4, but the fact they charge a 4% surcharge for credit card usage is enough to never return. I didn 't notice the sign until after I had paid and realized the amount on my receipt before tip was about $1 more than I was told when ordering?? I 'm glad I left a lousy tip! If a business is going to accept credit cards and thus receive more business than only taking cash, they shouldn 't penalize their customers!!!! Their rate at most is less than this so they are not only being greedy, they are overcharging also. Will never return here! Also, neither worker knew the wifi password???? Not very impressive!"

"Visited this location on a Wednesday and we were surprised how busy it was, considering it is the middle of the week and summer break already ended. Nicely located on international Drive by the Orlando Eye 360, this location has an inside, an outside, as well as, and a bar sitting area. Me and my friend chose the bar area as there was a wait at the host counter and it seemed like all the good seats inside were occupied. The menu had a good selection with a variety that can accommodate most tastes. The drink menu selection was overwhelming with lots of options, especially beer. We both ordered different dishes and they were both good. The service however, did not meet our expectations. Especially, compared to the Ale House's. The bartender was not friendly so much so that we thought she was upset at us because we asked for water as we were sitting down. After the kitchen brought our food, she did not check on us or asked how the food was. When we were ready to leave, she threw the check on the counter without asking if we wanted separate checks. We asked, and she did not seem happy that we did. The environment was good and parking is convenient at the public garage. Good place to eat and watch a game."

"Hole in the wall of a strip mall but the food was delish! We sat at the counter and Nancy took care of us, kept the coffee filled, got our food out to us super fast. I had home fries, scrambled eggs, sausage patties and delish rye toast. My dad had hash browns, eggs over easy, and crispy bacon which was crispy but not burnt. The potatoes could be served with or without onions which I loved because I’m not a huge fan of onions. Def make the trip over here, you’ll be happy you did!"

"Royal Southern Kitchen was an amazing experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and each dish was perfectly cooked. We ordered the tikka masala, biryani, saag, korma, vindaloo, aloo gobi and naan. A huge thank you to our server, Celso, whose attentive and friendly service made our experience even better. "It pains me to write this review because I’ve eaten food from here many times and each time it was great so thank you for those specific times however this most recent order was so disappointing that I needed to speak out since I can’t get my money back. As I said I’ve eaten food from here many times however I’ve never tried their spaghetti and “meatballs” and tonight I decided I wanted to. Sadly I made the mistake of not paying close attention to the spelling and realized once I got my food that their spaghetti and “meatball” (not plural) is just that. One meatball. This is partially on me but had I seen this, I would’ve chosen a different entree because there’s no way I’m gonna pay $30 for one meatball. Who eats just one meatball when you’re having spaghetti and meatballs?? Haha . Issue one. Issue two, I subbed the regular spaghetti for gluten free penne and it came overcooked and gummy. So overcooked that any time I tried to grab pieces of pasta with my fork, each piece would just fall apart. I’ve always thought maggiano’s was worth their prices but tonight they missed the mark bad. Paying 30 bucks for spaghetti and one meatball and overcooked inedible pasta is not it and frustrating. For 30 bucks there should be atleast two. They could argue and say it’s a “big meatball” well the one I had wasn’t. Like I said, every other time it’s been great so I’m not writing this review to stop people from eating here because maybe they just had an off night and usually the food is on the money. In the future I hope that if you’re going to charge people $30 and up per entree, that the food is edible, consistent, and the amount of food you’re given matches the price tag."

"I'm mostly here to write about Juan, our bartender. I actually sought out the manager to tell her what an amazing job he was doing and she said to write about it here. (Hoping Juan still got a pat on the back from her. Juan was the fastest, friendliest bartender I have seen in a long time. He was so busy, yet, always checked on everyone, smiled and served drinks to both the patrons and the other servers at the service bar. All of this is to say, if you arrive on a busy night at High Velocity, and Juan is tending bar...don't you worry...he'll get you your drinks in no time. We got the steak with butter sauce and the giant pretzel. Both were amazing."

"Honestly highly disappointed in my dishes; first off the Grilled Sea Scallops were extremely dry overcooked. The rice was extremely hard. The baked potato literally looks as if they dropped it in sea salt. Luckily the shrimp were perfectly cooked thank god, just to have the dish than again get negative points due to the rice being extremely hard again lol. Last but not least the Sea-Salted French Fries were salted properly just cold and almost mistaken them for Wendy apos;s french fries smh. Disappointment is a little understatement get it together guys."

"1st time visiting today. Very clean on the inside. The executive chef was informative, friendly, and attentive. The oxtails were fall off the bone tender. They were so tender that it surpassed the fork test. Great flavor profiles as well. My only constructive critique would be the amount of salt used in seasoning the food, it was a tad salty for our palates and/or thresholds( everyones tolerance for sodium/salt can vary. Other than that, I highly recommend giving this gem a try."

"I have been to many Bonefish Restaurants, this one in Orlando was the worst I've experienced. We arrived early, no crowd, in fact less than quarter filled. It took an hour after order to get a medium rare steak that was cooked beyond well and shrimp that were burned to charcoal, not kidding the shells were so blackened they were falling apart in ash. And they served that with my wife's salmon that was dried out as bad as the steak. The Managers gave inconsistent corrective action so I did not get a fresh Surf and Turf, but rather a steak that was as burned as the first, and much smaller. The people next to us sent back their fish toco's as inedible and walked out. The waitstaff was inconsistent and far between interactions, and we had to ask for additional items without their attention, like a steak knife for the steak. I cannot recommend this establishment for any reason."
