"I made the woman eat there. We waited almost an hour. And after a very fast exchange we were treated for a nice dinner and the staff has completely redeemed the farms well in our eyes. I was even pleasantly surprised by the ability to prepare my steak perfectly. And I'm a very picky person when it comes to steak. All in all, they have addressed our question and made sure that we take care of them very quickly with a very respectable professionalism. Will definitely return."

"Customer service is good, but food is not so much. How to cook 24 pack Krystal's and then service 5 of them with only one side of the bungalow in package. "Closed at 6:00 p.m. on a Sunday!! I think the owner is going to have to make some hard decisions about figuring out how much pay it takes to get people to work. Maybe follow Chick-fil-A's model. They don't seem to have near as many staffing issues. If you're going to run a business you need to have it open as much as possible. Too many times I've been by here and they've either run out of something basic that they should have been able to see they were running low on, or they're closed. This place has never had a problem attracting customers but apparently they're not willing to pay the employees enough to collect the money that people are trying to give them for their product. You have to do better than this!"

"According to their menu you can substitute white cheese for red sauce for a 1.00 extra. I ordered steak salad, chicken fajitas, fried ice cream and I asked for a cup of white cheese on the side. No chips just cheese dip only. Steak taco salad is 13.99. Chicken Fajitas is 14.99. Fried ice-cream is 4.99 and white cheese is 4.99. My order was 45.00 total which is ok except I got the chips and red dip instead. When I got to register I questioned him about the cheese dip and he assured me it was there. I get home and no cheese dip. I called them and the server tells me you can't exchange the red sauce for the white cheese. My question is why did he assure me that my white dip was in the bag at the restaurant and then explain to me on the phone that white cheese is not allowed for substitution when it is. I'm not happy about the service and the food is overcooked with brown lettuce on my salad. I'm so disappointed."

"The worst restaurant I have ever went to. The lady was SCREAMING at me through the drive through after her computer froze. She said pull over for 15min her computer froze I was asking her if I made my order already online 20min ago can I get it still if the screen is down. I NEVER had a person at a restaurant treat me so bad! I'm like the sweetest person I'm still shocked of their customer service here. I was just a visitor to passing through the city. I tried to come back 10min later since I left after that treatments and get refund for rny order because I will Never eat somewhere where someone talks to me like that. She started having a attitude all over again. O said can I speak to manager and she said I am the manager WORST restaurant EVER managers yelling at customers WOW is all I can say. I'm definitely reporting it to Corporate!!!"

"Shelly was our server and she was wonderful. She took time to tell us about some things we had never tried. She made sure that we had a lot of drinks and were well served. She was probably the best server my sister and I ever had. The food was great. Everything was hot and fresh. The bread was fresh and hot. I tasted a corner of the crust of his pizza because I was curious if it was like the bread. It wasn't like bread, it was close. I'd like to try the pizza. I told my parents when they went through Tennessee to FL to stop there for a meal. I will definitely eat there again. It's hard to find good Italian cuisine, but they did a good job."

"Drove up to Milwaukee to try this place as our old Turkish joints in Chicago are no more. No disappointments at all over here. Drinks and wine were reasonably priced. Took a selection of 4 cold appetizers full portions. Hummus was thick and good; pepper salad sweet and slightly acidic with a tiny afterbite; eggplant and zucchini relish with the fresh tomatoes was not just a copycat of ratatouille; chicken and walnut spread was outstanding. We followed with the Ottoman platter. The kebabs of lamb and chicken were tender and moist and nicely spiced. The lamb chop was OK. The ground meat patty had a ton of flavor but was eclipsed by the adana what I know better as lule kebab ground lamb and beef grilled on a skewer. The spice blend was perfect. We had no room for dessert. The total for both of these combo plates for two was $54. When you take into account the large portions of the white and the spiced rice served with the Ottoman, that platter could conceivably have served three people. Our servers were great attentive and friendly. Parking is easy. Access is easy. The bar was hopping. It's a keeper."
