"This is one of the worst places I have ever visited. The woman at the front counter took more than thirty minutes to serve me my food, both times I went there. They don't even start preparing pre-ordered food until you arrive. The woman at the counter is one of the rudest and nastiest people I have ever encountered. She was seen angrily yelling at a customer while I was there. The customer left upset because of her rudeness, and she followed them outside yelling, saying they must not want their food. The service here is terrible with a horrible woman at the counter. The staff are definitely not friendly or professional. Rude, nasty, and slow service. Going to this place was a very upsetting experience. I had to post this under a different name because the woman was so terrible I didn't want her to know who I am or where I live. Overall, my visit here was a very unpleasant experience. The food was mediocre at best and overpriced for the quality."
