"We had the most delicious shrimp and grits we’ve ever eaten! Better get there early! It’s only available on Tuesday until they run out. The Captain Jack Oysters and Garlic Parmesan Oysters were so fresh and tasty! Everyone was super friendly. Each person that passed our table asked if we needed anything. We were able to sit on the deck overlooking the bay with our little dog and they even brought her some water. We bought some jumbo shrimp from the market to cook and plan on going back again for more fresh seafood. We highly recommend this place!"

"Never had pita bread pizza, tuff, no sauce, tasteless, the worst pizza ever! Tiny pepperoni, I'm used to large ones. Chewy pizza that was cold. We were told they were busy and it would take 1.5 hours till ready to pick up. We arrived early, pizza was ready and sitting on counter. Stone Cold when it got home.A huge disappointment.Wasted money."

"the food was fair, the service was quite good but they overcharged me by $5.00 on one menu item. The published price was $29.99 and they charged me $34.99. I noticed this after the card was processed. The cashier agreed that I was correct when I pointed out the mistake but she refused to fix it. Instead she said the published price was incorrect and this wasn't their fault. Rather than continuing to argue over this mindless logic we left. The bill was $190 including a $30 tip. Regardless of the food or service quality I will never return to or recommend a restaurant that agreed they overcharged me on my bill and wouldn't make it right."

"This is the best pizza I have EVER had. Not just Best pizza on the island but best anywhere. The crust is homemade and crisp on the bottom!!! The sauce is delicious, not heavy on tomato taste. I wish there was a place like theirs in TN!! We ate there 2 times the week we were visiting. They said they never close even during hurricane Sally, they were open. Staff are friendly and helpful."

"The Augua de Jamica was elite. 4 stars. The mixed fajitas was okay. Nothing to write home about but a solid 4/5 fajita mix. Same with the menudo, 4/5 stars but the tortillas are homemade and delicious AF. Last but not least the queso was also 4/5. The service was 6/5. Great service."

"Don't know how many Mother's Day this makes our tradition of a beach trip followed by seafood on the bottom deck at Blue Parrot but this makes another year that my kids and I left happy. The view, the food, the drinks. My partners family finally moved to FL from Cali and this was our first year taking them and they loved it as well. We probably ordered half the menu. Cheryl (sp? was our server and she was so amazing. Dealt with our table of 9 misfits with genuine smiles. Happy Mother's Day Cheryl! Disclaimer: I have had amazing meals and not so great meals here in the past. It really seems hit or miss at times but when it hits it really hits. You WILL have to wait for a good table by the beach in season and good weather but it's really worth it and it just brings me tons of nostalgia. It's a great view and the perfect end to a day if you aren't in a hurry, but you shouldn't be in a hurry on a beach day."

"Could have been cleaner,food on flood and table. Played music way too loud to the point where holding a conversation was almost impossible. The floor of the ladies restroom was standing in water,I slipped. When I reported it the lady gave me a blank stare and walked away. The food was better than alright,generous portions for which we paid dearly. Service was fairly slow. The ordering process was grueling due to the server not being able to understand me and me not understanding her. Considering the whole experience and how much it cost, safe to say we won't be returning. Not saying I definitely wouldn't recommend maybe they were having a off night."

"Undoubtedly some of the best Italian, and the nicest people you could ever meet. We did an eggplant Parmesan takeout, with a baguette and a cannoli for dessert. Followed directions on heating the lunch. Superb. Perfect cheese to sauce ratio, stacked eggplant, and seasoned to perfection. Highly recommend. They pair some nice wine selections too."
