"Worst customer service I 've ever experienced. I decided to go to Wendy 's for dinner and when I arrived, the sign was on indicating they were opened. I waited in the drive thru when a male voice came over the speaker stating they were closed. Surprised, I said, oh okay, just so you know your guys ' open sign is on to which he replied with you wish . This employee then continued to mock me and made inappropriate comments (with cursing), including one about my mother.I called the next day (9/13) and the phone rang and rang until it hung up on me, so I couldn 't even make a complaint with management. Whoever is running this place needs to get their employees in order."

"This place is good, definitely one of those St Paul staple burger places. It was packed when I was there, and they were having some sort of restaurant wide drone racing competition that was highly entertaining. The drinks were your typical bar fare, and the food was great. A little noisy and dark, but if you like the sort of semi-dive feel, this place is for you."

"We frequent Crave in Galleria and MOA. reservations at Galleria to avoid crowds and sat in bar area. Filled up quickly and wish we had sat in main restaurant which was almost empty at that time. "This location is so irritating. Half the time they close early, example: closing at 2 on a Monday. The biscuit I had was so dried out. I have had this sandwich many times. It?s my favorite and idk what they did to it. I went in there today and did a mobile order. My mobile order had beans on it. The app doesn?t have option for coarse grind so I go into the store before they start my order to let them know. The cashier standing there telling me my order will be at the pick up. I said I know I?m telling you how I want my beans ground. He says okay, well it?s mobile so it will be down there. I said okay, yes, I understand but I want my beans ground coarse. Then proceeds to ask me if I just placed the order and I said yes. He says okay it will be down there. Lol, like what are you not understanding? Turns to his coworker and says she wants beans ground, do you know how to do that? You work at a coffee shop. I used to work for Caribou. Are you kidding me? We had training on how much a cappuccino should weigh and you don?t know how to grind coarse beans?! Rude. Completely just dirty looking. Hair was completely unkempt, literally looked like he rolled out of bed. Dirty white t-shirt. Then the top it all off, my latte had no caramel in it?..????"

"This is by far one of the best local spots for a drink and food in the Bloomington Edina area. There's usually always a dark beer or two, our favorites, but I also like their sours and fruit beers. They've even got root beer on tap. You can bring your kids, just be aware it gets busy loud during the typical happy hour times but there's plenty of seating. I work at home and sometimes need to just get out. During the day, this is the perfect place to plug my laptop in, grab lunch and a drink, and get some focused work done. Being my own boss has its perks. Booths all have outlets, Wi Fi is fast, and the space is big. I love the burgers and it's always quick. We've gone here with friends and you can sit on the patio or inside, there's always space and they've just expanded."

"My wife and I were late finding a spot for lunch and somewhat randomly chose Hilltop from a list of restaurants. It was Labor Day and had already passed by ones that were closed for the holiday so we were relieved to find them not only open but a bit busy as well. We ordered the pretzel appetizer and they were soft and very tasty. My wife had the tuna melt with onion Rings and I had the Cali burger with mixed greens. The food was very good, the burger cooked perfectly, and the service great. I only wish I lived closer as I'd definitely come more often."

"The afternoon tea was very good. Most of the food was delicious, especially the coronation chicken sandwich and the rosemary-chevre scone. The only item that I really did not like was the beet sandwich with horseradish, yes Beet, not Beef. However, I strongly dislike horseradish and am not a fan of beets, so I can 't hold this against the restaurant. The atmosphere was lovely and the service was very attentive. Overall it was a great experience and I would do it again. My suggestion for improvement would be to have other beverages readily available, such as hot chocolate, coffee or soft drinks, as I don 't care much for tea. I understand it is a tea but I mainly go to a tea for the wonderful food. Also, it was busy- almost full- and we were charged for 6 Tea Services when there were 5 of us. Fortunately we noticed and they re-did the bill, but I 'd suggest to check your bill before paying."

"The cheeseburgers at this restaurant were flavorful, stunningly crispy on the outside, and wonderfully juicy on the inside. All of the toppings were incredibly fresh. The French fries were some of the best I've ever had. The cherry on top was the fantastic service from the person who took our order. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions and making my ordering decision much easier. It was clear that she enjoyed her job, and her positive attitude made me glad that I chose to dine at this Five Guys location."

"The food is good, but the service was terrible, and this was over Valentine's so I assumed they were fully staffed. I don't know whether it's that they're a nicer restaurant but refuse to give you an actual menu and require you to use your phone or if it's the fact that they expect you to check yourself out by manually entering your credit card, the service reminded me more of a Chili's where you're constantly flagging down a server then somewhere you buy $20 plus dollar plates of food. I mean I get better service from their fast food version of their restaurant, Pei Wei, at least there the register is run by an employee instead of the customer."

"I come here every weekend. Service is usually good. The food is cooked quickly. Great service. I suggest when you go not to go in the afternoon until like 6pm bc the chefs and servers are not so nice the food had hair with the afternoon chefs up to about 6pm. Good location!"
