"amazing eating (big portions also,) friendly service, incredible landscape. the owner has esel for pets, there are walking around, there are possibilities for children to play, a take-away area separated from the restaurant, fondue huts and more. after a few kilometers on a Scottish road you reach the restaurant that is more of a day trip. I highly recommend it."

"Today I was at the Hotel Egerkingen for the first time. Wow, it was terrific. The buffet is gigantic and the staff was very, very friendly. I just noticed one thing. The decoration is designed with a lot of love and effort. I can only recommend the hotel and restaurant to everyone. We will be back. Many thanks to the whole team."

"I was invited to lunch on business, the service was excellent and very accommodating. There was no vegan lunch menu and individual requests were still taken into account. I was given a vegan menu that was very tasty. The prices are a bit high, but it's definitely worth it. I wish the portions were slightly larger in the future, but all in all it was a really tasty experience."

"Have stayed at the hotel and naturally had dinner there. The table is always better to reserve before if you are on Friday. Yet let’s talk about the food now! As I was told, Movenpick has always a great quality fish (which is difficult to get in Switzerland), so I went for tuna tartar from the healthy menu with ginger and avocado. The avocado was flavored with fresh chili and the fish was not too « lemony »... all these details just makes the explosion in your mouth with a perfect balance of spices! Therefore, as I have mentioned within a title the service was really professional and nice. Thank you for the dinner !"

"Ciao Italian restaurant with terrible and slow service. It's impossible to only have the antipasti if you only want vegetables. You have to order a plate of dough... thank you for the forced sale not worthy of movenpick. The waitress, although smiling, does not understand anything and is incapable of providing information about the children's menus (they are on the coloring table set and also the à la carte dishes in children's portions. And what's more, the service is slow and you wait almost 20 minutes for your dish. So triple disappointment."
