"Fantastic service first time at this point. I did not order salt frits with my meal, and inadvertently, one of the employees placed the fresh basket in the container with the other frits. No big deal, maybe an 8-10 minutes wait overall while they freshened and I didn't mind. The young woman working on the counter apologised not only, but a lot to my surprise I got a free meal voucher for my waiting period. This type of customer service is rare, unexpected and highly appreciated. I just started working the area and will definitely be back, would give 6 stars if I could."

They randomly gave me two quarters of white rice if you want to order a shrimp fried and if they realize their mistake, they were apologetic so that we always come here because they are really nice people and the food is really good and always filled in the containers. I have given extra cheese and lateral order of the two rings. the chicken stable had no cheese and very little sauce. they can say it was microwave. some parts of the chicken breast were hard. the woofers were cold and soggy. no crispy. none of you. the owner would not own how to cook. "Very clean Panera, restaurant and toilets. Very friendly and competent staff. Not many gluten-free options available. They offer sandwiches, soups, salads and pastries along with their bread selection. Many parking spaces and very easy to find the location. The window is run through at this point. The coffee is great, but the new donors suck! They spill coffee everywhere and are just a pain to use, vegan bad design. Overall good experience and we will return."

"My friend and I went to noon after the visit of Millers to 83 plants and butterfly house. DQ has 7 dollar specials you get food, small sun and drink. You have the choice of 3 chicken strips or hamburgers with frits and the choice of drink. Sundae is also the choice of hot fudge, or strawberry. Restaurant was clean, service excellent and food was very good and easy enough. Would return and return to others."

"What a lovely hidden gem in Elyria! Today I ordered takeout from this location and I was very happy with my experience. They took my order and got my food to me very fast. Their prices are quite reasonable as well. The tuna is delicious and has a perfect texture. I highly recommend their crazy girl roll if you are into spicy food. It is phenomenal. Their atmosphere was also very bright and cute. I couldn’t stop looking at their colorful murals and artwork while I was waiting for my food. I was so surprised when the chef walked my order over to where I was waiting. I could not be happier with how he packaged my order and how he took the time and care to give me everything I would need. He made sure to include my chopsticks, napkins, soy sauce and a little cup for the soy sauce as well. I was absolutely delighted. I will definitely be back with my family when we get a chance."

"Started off with their website not working and how impossible it is to navigate. Had to call the store to order 15 3 topping pizzas for a company lunch. I wish I remember the gals name that answered the phone I wanna say Abbe) she was a sweetheart and patiently taking my order for 15 pizzas. I wish I could have given the tip to her. Our delivery driver was ruder than rude. When I ask him if he brought paper plates, he said NO, whey would I bring plates? Well, because I just ordered $300 worth of pizza is why. I ask for them when I placed the order so his attitude could have been left in his pocket! I shouldn't have left him a cent! Customer Service, folks! Geeze!"

"I visited this restaurant three times, and each experience was disappointing. The first time, my order was short by $5 compared to what someone else received. On my second visit, I was told to come back in 20 minutes due to staff changes. Finally, during my third visit, I waited 35 minutes and was left frustrated.
