"Love zaxbys but this last time was awful. Ordered a salad barely any salad or toppings in it. Had to add things I had at home. Chicken was sauced wrong. My husband got french fries that where not cooked nor seasoned. And his sandwich was cooked right but only had a couple drops of sauce."

"OMG!!! What an awesome place....I have never heard of PALS until this past Sunday (3/27/22 . We we're traveling when my daughter started reminding us that her breakfast was wearing off so as we were looking for a place to get a quick (should I say sudden? bite to eat my wife happened to see this building from the interstate and got super excited. We flipped around at the next exit and was not disappointed. First, my wife stated this look like something that would be at Dr. Seuss world. My daughter corrected her by saying it could be in TOON LAGOON at Universal Studios and by George she is right; it would fit right in next to Blondie's. This place is so CLEAN as we sat in line, we commented on how clean it was and figured it was a new restaurant. When I got back to my office this morning I did some research and can't believe that that building is 11 years old!!! Last brags: the food and service were wonderful. My wife got the Big Pal, my daughter the Junior and I got the Chipped Ham and we loved it all. The lady who took our order was pleasant and helpful. The young man that handed us our meal was also very nice. He sincerely thanked us for giving them a try and wished us safe travels without me telling him that we were traveling/first timers. I surmised the lady that took our order told him and that says a lot about their service and their team that the word spread across the kitchen to make the customers feel valued. So in short this place is unbelievably awesome and you can tell it is not ran by a clown (lol Ronald Jack ."

"We traveled to Erwin from Upstate SC to see the elephants on the display. We ordered a turkey crossaint and a veggie wrap. Both were fresh and delicious. Jay had the Chai tea. It was made perfect. I ordered the way to mix coffee. Needless to say it is my new favorite! We can't wait to go back. Erwin is such a beautiful place and people are so friendly."

"We decided to stop and eat at this restaurant while on our long drive home to Ohio and boy are we glad we did! I 100% understand why this place has 5 stars and it’s so well deserved. The staff and service is unmatched. The woman taking our order was so sweet and informative. We all got the chicken bacon ranch sub, an order of fries, and an order of mozzarella sticks. Not one of us had a complaint about anything. Not only that but all three of us would say this is the best chicken bacon ranch sub we’ve ever had. When we were leaving almost the entire staff waved to us and told us bye and wished us safe travels. Not only do you rarely find service like this, but especially not in combination with fantastic food. Huge thank you to all the staff at this place, you guys were AMAZING!!!!!!"
