"We went to the Pub to watch one of the Florida Panther's games for the Stanley Cup finals. We arrived at around 8:15 pm and were seated immediately and had our choice of tables. The service was great. Our server, Anthony, was courteous and professional. He took our drinks orders and answered our questions about the menu with knowledge and good humor, and he checked on us periodically to see how we were doing. We ordered the Belhaven Beer Cheese appetizer. It was delicious! The pretzel bread was soft and warm. For dinner, I had the fish and chips and my husband the Pub Classic Burger. The fish was light and flaky, with the breading crispy but light. The coleslaw is also very good. The burger was excellent. For drinks we had whiskey sour and my husband had a beer, which was very cold and that made him happy. My first whiskey sour was great, but when the second one was more sour than anything else, Anthony made up for it by making sure the drink was done properly. We did not think anything was over priced at all. We were really happy with our experience at The Pub and plan to return to check out their trivia and Latin nights."
