"When looking for a good restaurant we come past the KURHAUS by fishing with its beautiful terrace. The shaded beer garden is located directly on the Grundbach, which quietly flows around almost the entire Kurhaus gardens and here forms a small pond with a plundering fountain. The name of the Kurhaus comes from the mention of the place Fischen in 906, when he was still called FISKINA. The building was completed in 1984 and is now home to the cure department, the guest office with reading room, a nursery for child care, the spa hall with stage, gallery and generous foyer, the cafe restaurant Grundbachstuben and also bowling alleys in the underfloor. The gastronomic heart of Fiskina beats in the Grundbachstuben with approx. 100 seats, which can also be divided into 2 seats if required. Regional specialties are offered here. We offer well-maintained beers and soft drinks from the Hirsch-Brauerei Sonthofen, as well as wines from selected producers. For our little appetite we prefer the shaded beer garden under lush trees and we are accompanied by the friendly top to a nice table on the banks of the Grundbach. My son prefers the offered appetizer Allgäu Bruschetta , his wife a Bavarian sausage salad from liver cheese, my wife ordered a oatl coffee with a delicious strawberry cream cut and I preferred a tagliatelle with wine sauce and brook sabling (especially tasty). Of course the good Hirschbräu beer sounded for this. At the end there was another fragrant espresso and then we continued our stroll through the beautiful place fishing."

"fishing is right in front of the village oberstdorf on b19. it was due to the fact that we are here to take it forward, a rewarding supplement. Although on the 1st Christmas day the house was almost filled to the last place, the fine came to us and offered us at least a place on the beautiful egg counter where we arrived at the same time with the locals. these praised the kitchen, so we order melaillons from the gams in stein mushroom, pfifferlingsrahm (20, € and put medaillons in curryrahm. I must confess that I had never eaten gams before, and so the fine one had to ask for the strict taste. despite the high performance, she took the time and explained in detail the type of preparation. who knows my reviews, he knows that I have to put the perfect garnish of meat well. the meat of the gamsmedaillons were wonderfully tender and pink fried. the wild taste was noticeable and very pleasant. the little one had a wonderful mushroom taste no bagalleilei all handmade very well matched. also my partner praised the delicate meat and the spicy of the curry sauce. of course, our local thekennachbarn were proud of our praise. we would also like to share it with the kitchen when it was cleared. to our question, if we should reserve ourselves again, chefin replied after a look in her reservation book, if I could add them to another table, then tomorrow we did not accept badly stunted and grateful. the following day we sat together with 2 other couples with whom we have understood very well. to eat: kalb with röstis and the already known stin mushroom pfiiferlings sauce as well as seatangsfilets with butter potatoes. and again the meat was before place and harmonized very well to sauce. the Romans were homemade. new was for us that in the allgäu they can also fish. the already thin filets were fried on the stack side and then completely glazed. when we paid, the chefin told us that she had been watching us on the eve of the day and could therefore well guess that we would understand each other well on the table. my tile about the allgäu gas friendship was filled again."
