"The grilled chicken sandwich is great! I was so excited when they were reopened. Tonight, I think they must have been shortened as it took 30 minutes to get through the car thru, plus the woman was rude when I asked for a drink carrier. She picked up a stack of beverage carriers, knocked them down, then took one from the top and pushed him on me. I understand they had more in line, and they tried to hurry, but after 30 minutes waiting in line not even to get my first choice in food selection, it was simply not appropriate. I would have got 3 stars, but the girl in the first window told me they were from salads and asked if I wanted something else. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and then she took my payment and apologized for any inconvenience and even said it with a beautiful smile. Because at least someone showed good people skills, I gave back a star."
