"We were dining in a large party with a fixed menu, and so I did not have high expectations of a gourmet experience. Was I wrong!! The three delicate pre appetizers followed by a four course dinner and then post desert delights were incredible. We...ran the gamut of ingredients from seafood to beef, from fruits to exotic vegetables. All were incredible and accompanied by a selection of German and Austrian wines chosen from the extensive cellar. If you are going to stay in Frankenberg for a night and you are in the mood for a culinary extravaganza then this is a must."
