"The food was okay but at this price point it the overall dining experience was disappointing. The ceaser salad was a plate of chopped romaine with Parmigiano cheese which they served to us without dressing. The waitress offered to remake it or bring us dressing. I would have expected the kitchen to correct it.Then we were served our steaks. My husband was served filet when he ordered Ribeye. Our options then were to wait 20 minutes for his steak. So he ate the filet disappointly because its not what he ordered and so we could eat our meal together. The food presentation was average at best. You would expect more at that price point than a piece of meat and two boiled potatoes on a plate with some sauce. We were offered to take a ribeye home but since we were traveling that was not a suitable option, so they offered us free desert, which turned out to be the best part of the meal. Don't think we will go back."

"Unfortunately we had a poor experience and probably won’t be back. It’s hard for my wife and I to get out with 2 kids under 2 so when we do we just want to have a nice relaxing evening. Wild ginger was a poor choice. First, our server must’ve been too busy with other tables cause our water glasses were empty for most of our meal. Second, our black widow sushi roll had burnt tempura which ruined the whole roll. Unfortunately our server never stopped by the table to check on us so we couldn’t inform him. Lastly, it’s so loud in there that we decided against deserts or any more cocktails so that we could move on to the Rutledge down the street. Rutledge was a much better choice and we’ll try dinner there next time."

"had kept. proven for time and had to wait 20 minutes. Praise bite app was cold and soggy. meal lasted 40 minutes after ordering (salad and hamburger.) everything was delicious, but was not as good as I am sure that the owners hoped it would be. I would definitely try it again, but last night was a miss. first greeting needs work. server needs work (respect and communication.) in any case could have been 5 stars, but personal and communication not this was justified."

"Our server was very attentive at the beginning, but after the food arrived, they did not check back in with us until it was time to give us the bill. One of the members of my party left their credit card behind. The restaurant was very quick to call me to let me know that someone had left a card!"

"Worst ever! Worst service, if you could even call it that. Worst attitudes, slowest staff, longest waiting, and they deny certain people (delivery driver's) use of their bathrooms. It's posted all over the place. I'm pretty sure that's illegal in this country. It's definitely immoral and barbaric behavior. Food sucks anyway. This place is purely awful. Don't go here. Ichigo Ichi is down the road near the 99 Restaurant in Franklin. You'll get far better sushi and service there. Avoid Maguro House at all costs!"

"Disappointed in 1 respect!! For the 1st time, I was served a meal I didn’t care for after ordering another meal offered by our waitress once put on the table says oh I’m so sorry but the cook said your going to have to pay half the coarse of the meal the waitress said I’m sorry that I should have offered you to take it home. I’m going to be 60 in a few weeks in all my yrs of eating out at a restaurant I have never experienced that!! It totally ruined my meal at that point no longer felt like eating there."

"Enjoyed our evening. Had great service with Maria who made excellent recommendations and made us feel welcome. The atmosphere is nice. Great outdoor patio when the weather's nice. And the food is excellent especially for Mexican food in Tennessee. The fajitas were prepared very well. I would highly recommend a stop in at sopapillas if you enjoy Mexican food the way it's supposed to be done."

"O.K., this review is a little late. :I My wife and I actually visited on 10/8/2021. We have visited a couple other times and love the atmosphere--and really love the town. This visit occurred after we had attended a show at The Bluebird Cafe. We ordered coffee for each--and we split the dessert. The coffee was hot, and the dessert cinnamon pastry) was excellent. Our server Doris) provided the recommendation--and great service. The music was enjoyable, as usual."

"We ordered take-out from here a few times and then finally decided to come in for a dine-in and it was perfect! The food was perfect on all aspects. We really enjoyed all the dishes we got; they were tasty and perfectly spiced. The server was new but they really tried hard and ended up getting everything correctly. "I have seen some reviews in regards to a change in the business and I will say yes, it has happened but it’s still a wonderful place! It was just new staff in training. I think people forget that which is a shame. My family and I get the mango tango rolls and those are so so delicious! We’ve been coming here for ages and will continue to come here when we get the chance. We recently got them not too long ago and they tasted the exact same per usual. I always love going here. I will proceed to keep coming here as long as it is still running. The owner is so kind and remembers a face and that’s not something many businesses have; that homey-feel to it! "Connors is one of the best family friendly restaurants in the Cool Springs area. The steaks are excellent, kid options are a-plenty and the atmosphere in the dining room is really cool. (We were seated in what looked like a banquet room and it was pretty stale. Service was excellent, I felt like we had the undivided attention of the servers. If you're looking for a spot near the mall and want something more than your typical chains, give Connors a try!"

"The first thing I noticed walking in is not one person in the front bagging/handling food beverages were wearing hairnets or gloves. When ordering I specified meals bagged separately. When receiving my order EVERYTHING was stuffed in one bag. (I’ll attach picture) Manager/director Mark was in the front witnessing all the wrongs going on and did not jump in. I had to ask for a bigger bag to carry it out so it would not break on the way out because of the weight in original bag given. Very disappointed mainly because sauces,napkins and desserts were ON TOP of my fries-again no gloves worn when handling any of it. 1st picture shows cashier entering “separate bags” 2nd picture is everything they stuffed into original bag 3rd picture is all the condiments,napkins and desserts I took out that were on top of food 4th was food at the bottom of all the mess."

"I don't understand how I lived here almost all my life and Anns never had until 2021. If my waist and budget could afford it, I would come here for breakfast every morning. The cinnamon roll French Toast is amazing, cookies and Gravy are stellar and the omelets are made to order and so delicious. The staff here is always friendly and fast, suggestions or ways to make your meal a bit cheaper. They also give friendly recommendations and never let my coffee cup run dry. I recommend Anns to all. They are only open for breakfast and dinner and closed on weekends. Please check them! They are also joined with a local rehabilitation facility and go directly to Reha from their restaurant. Very brilliant!"
