"...the last one for lunch. It is, of course, a contradiction in itself, Indian food and quickly throw something in at lunchtime. The Indian cuisine needs viiiieel time and then unfolds its whole range of pleasures. So at noon only a few color cups. The Jaipur still advertises with the gourmet emblem it felt 10 years ago. At the time there was no competition in Freiburg, which has changed enormously. The location is still very good, right behind the market hall with its own access, a free terrace in the passage and a long window front down to the Touri-Meile Gerberau. The device is supposed to be Indian, the very uncomfortable chairs with their high vertical backrests remain adhering. The tables are very tight, I have never noticed a corresponding utilization. The kitchen on site takes up a fraction of perhaps 10 of the local area, so there is probably not everything prepared on site. As long as the quality is correct, this is also not problematic in stew dishes etc. For lunch we needed a little more time than planned, both the waiting period before serving and the number became noticeable. The served portions appropriately, the Tandoori chick unfortunately still hard. We have perceived the quality of the sauce differently, which is certainly subjective. Nevertheless, we agreed that the jaipur is less suitable for lunch in the overall show."
