"Somehow I had forgotten that Gemelli's was even here despite living a block away and coming to this shopping center multiple times a week. I'm glad I felt the urge and let myself get one of their pizzas. As soon as I walked in, the smell of Italian flavors and sauces had me. Before I got to the deli counter to order, I was lured to the non-perishable items like pastas, olives, and the truffles. I got a bag of their amaretti truffles and they were worth the price. There was a selection of wine but I didn't get into it since it makes me cry. Finally, I made it to the pizza counter and got the La Dolce Vita pizza seen in my photograph. It has Mozzarella, sweet peppers, store-made sausage, and fresh basil. The best part was that it wasn't overwhelmed by any of the toppings. There was just enough to taste all of it as a composition of flavor. I will be going back."

"this is a good option when they go to eat with others that are not vegan vegetarian as they have a series of diet options. However, the vegan options are limited and not to write something at home. I would recommend the crispy cauliflower, the crispy tofu tacos and the super bowl (see them to change the orders to vegan). the caffe that is connected to the restaurant is nice when they are looking for a quiet place to get something caffeine and work to do! the service is always friendly and accommodating. updated by previous review on 2020-11-22"

"Of the half dozen times I'm here, they never disappointed me. It is difficult to imagine that the casual atmosphere would be such a solid representation of the food served. In other words: The food is good for what it is. Admitted that the spectrum to evaluate food is so wide and natural with a LOT of credentials/reputation that goes with the Tuesday reviewer. I also appreciate the service. I really like the current changes to the specials (daily as far as I have seen) and I am so glad that the menu is not so static. Fresh ingredients and the combinations of fish prepared with the toppings is what makes this place out than any other place within a 10 miles radius. If it was not for being in Kentlands, you can easily map this place in downtown DC or another big city and return a (book) brand on each of the Google cards. The selection of love is always in its area what they serve. It is good to see that they do not think about getting their imported fish; serve what the chefs desire to show their love for food (and customers). If you are a sushi buffet eater: Please take your dollar per piece of thought process and leave it at home. Enjoy Kenaki as notes about it, treat yourself and do yourself a favor by experiencing a finer choice of Japanese cuisine, but without the pressure of business affair and mindset of was it worth? You will miss the experience of Kenaki."

"Wonderful mix of cold and hot (and meat and vegetarian) tapas. We had the bright citrusy avocado jicama hearts of palm salad and then the fun crispy baby spinach, wonderfully crunchy quinoa crusted shrimp, and ropa vieja tostones. The only challenge was there by chance happened to be a wine dinner also occurring at the restaurant at the same time, so service was understandably busy/stretched out and it got really incredibly loud. So if noise is a challenge come off-peak dining times (and/or be sure there isn’t a special event/gathering going on). This hadn’t occurred (wine dinner) nor had it been that loud on previous visits."

"I went to Silver Diner specifically to check their vegan menu, and they had a fair number of options. They offer “Just Egg” Benedict, vegan meatballs with macaroni and vegan cheese and other dedicated vegan meals. You can order breakfast all day, increasing the number of available vegan options. In addition to the main menu items, each industry also has several specialties based on season and location, and at least one of these specials was vegan as well. On the bottom I also have a food allergy, and when I asked the server about cross-contamination, they made *so* a face as if a food allergy was something I deliberately did to defy it. "I was able to get a larger booth without any issues unlike the last time I was there. My food was prepared wrong but then replaced correctly. The milkshake was thin and runny when I ordered it to be made thick so no more shakes for me, especially at $10. Not worth it! Otherwise, no major concerns."

The initial greeting and subsequent service were far less than stellar. The tables were dirty. We moved to several before we cleaned one ourselves, well enough to sit down then had a server clean again when she finally came. We had to ask for the complimentary chips and salsa. "Crepes a go to has been a Kentlands staple for years. I used to go here regularly as a kid and after coming back to the area as an adult learned exactly why this place is great. They have an extensive menu of both sweet and savory crepes, all of which you can customize to your liking. They also have a decent breakfast/brunch menu that they serve all day! Prices are fantastic and you get a filling and fresh crepe for less than $10. While their coffee is fairly basic, both brewed and espresso drinks, if you find yourself here on a cold day I definitely suggest a Nutella hot chocolate. They have that down to a science. Overall awesome little restaurant, with affordable pricing and many options."

"I'm gonna let you do something. yall remembers when ppl talked about us wanting 15? I'm sure they want a minimum wage. they want every last piece of 7,25 or is it 10.00 they are not worth 10, but the 7 is a go fa sho. they want to ask if I can help them. I don't want to say you can't make it clear that you can't read, but that's sometimes not worth it. I made my little order, 31 dollar worth of school hunger in an active parent, I did not cook to his back to school night and checker is here. how can you make my whole order wrong? all the drinks had a full cup of ice (we have thrown the ice out on their parking lot, we didn't want more than we needed) what remained in the cup was a watered down shiny for all smh, they gave us bacon burger and we order chicken and fish sandwiches. we didn't get what we wanted. All I know is when you look to kick their dreams of being a diabetist, they go to the hustle after 8 clock and remember ketchup improves the salt sooo that twitch them behind their eye and their heart race is a sign that I like them and dont so that **** again. no hospital near, so they know and know that the oil in their burger bungalows improves the wound in them, so calm their not getting a refund lol so pet their man in peace."

"I have been living in the area for years, strangely I never walked in to try out their food until recently. I must have thought it only has bread?! Anyways, I really love this place after I finally discovered that this place doesn’t just have bread, ha! Very friendly staff and management. It may seem crowded sometimes but I never had any problems finding seats. Food tastes great and I couldn’t help trying out almost their full menu. Price isn't bad at all. See photos I took. It has become one of our favorite places."

"This place was really good! And totally reasonable. My pic is a little messy cause I walked to pick it up and carried it back to the hotel. The staff was really nice and super friendly and gave me awesome recommendations. I got the mixed grill with 1/4 chicken breast, carne asada and grilled shrimp. Can?t see it in the pic but the hidden brussel sprouts were out of this world! Easy to miss location go slow if you hit the gas station you are way to far away from the light."

"We received a very joyful greeting and were quickly seated. Our server, like all the others, was in a clean and well pressed uniform. She never provided her name. She made some nice suggestions, yet neglected to ask if we had any preferences or foods we avoid. The dining area was very clean and well-maintained. The way the tables were separated reminded us of an office space with low dividers. In addition to some free bread, we enjoyed the Crab Ceviche with Avocado appetizer, along with the Lobster Cobb Salad and the Brunch Burger. Everything was presented well, nicely seasoned and well prepared; served in a timely manner. I was expecting higher quality ingredients and unique flavor profiles, especially for the price point and the name of the restaurant. Everything was fresh, yet somewhat generic unfortunately. The burger had generic processed American cheese on it for example. The bacon was excellent, a generous crispy and flavorful portion, just no pizzazz to it. The salad did not have any distinct ingredients, the dressing was acceptable but not something different. The cold lobster salad mixture was a safe generic recipe. I did not come here looking for safe generic diner food. My reviews are very lenient and in general proportional to expectations. My expectations for a unique dining experience were not met here. I do not feel that I received a good value for the price."

"Cava Mezze offers Mediterranean fusion food. Well appointed outlet with parking outside, it was full on Saturday evening! We ordered drinks including cocktails and a whiskey. Starters included “ village salad” Brussels Sprouts, Hush Puppies Potatoes, and some feta bread with sauce. Mains had chicken wraps, fish on rice, exotic names for each), and veg rolls. Great taste, well presented. Dessert included French toast and some dumplings with dips. Worth a visit each dish costs 14 18 and drinks 7 12. Enjoyable ambience casually formal. It’s worth a visit if you are in the area folks."

"Best pizza dough I’ve ever had! I read an article where this place won #4 best pizza in the nation and I was surprised to see that this was in Maryland close to where I grew up. I arrived at 4:45pm to line up on a Saturday before they opened at 5pm and there was already a lot of people in front of me. We ended up waiting 1.5 hours before we got seated for table of 2. I would never usually wait for a pizza place like this but wow to my surprise the pizza dough was so good! I recently traveled around Italy and I couldn’t find pizza that was better than this place. I can’t wait to come here again but it’s just so difficult to get a table and they don’t do reservations. The ambiance in the restaurant is cozy. They have a nice full bodied red wine that goes well with the pizza! Happy my friends just bought a house really close by so when I visit them I will get this pizza! I wish they opened on Sundays though, would be perfect for football Sunday."

"This place is the best hands down. Only thing is it's always so packed, and the prices are a little steep for everything but the kids meals. But being packed is just proof of how amazing their food is. I waited in line for 30 minutes for a burrito and wasn't mad about it at all being 8 months pregnant and already hangry when I walked in, THAT says alot! ??"
