"I hadn’t had burger bite in years, so I gave it a shot tonight. I remember the patties being much better years ago. This time around, it felt like I was eating a frozen patty off a flat top that had been resting for an hour, not a freshly made one, that’s hot juicy off a grill like they used to be. I know that ever since Covid, all food services have been cutting corners on quality to stay alive and keep prices reasonable, along with the new status of work ethics entering the work force after Covid. But I’d rather pay a little more and actually enjoy what I’m eating even though $14 for just a burger is questionable. The service was great; the cashier and wait time were minimal. So you can’t blame the wait time for a cold, dry burger. From ordering to plate, it was only 15 minutes. Per the service, I’ll give the benefit of the doubt and give it another try in the future but all and all wasn’t pleased with the food."
