"Definitely racist against Blacks. I didn’t want to assume but saw the previous reviews. And if you have kids, just don’t go here. From the moment we walked in, it immediately felt like we weren’t welcomed. We were greeted by a scream from the other side of the restaurant just 4?!! and rushed to place our drink order after a long speech about the menu without any immediate recommendations. As our table was left without a word for the duration of our meal by our server, I had to get up and ask for assistance and when I did, it was assumed I wanted the check when I wanted to place a dessert order. When my dessert came out, it was wrapped in a to go box basically telling us to get out. And that was confirmed by the chef rushing over to me yelling in front of the entire restaurant to sit my kids down because of other guests even though all other guests were smiling and playing with my kids. So I just paid for our meal and left, and we definitely won’t be back. It’s true that the food is fresh BUT my husband refuses to use public restrooms and had to use theirs immediately after his meal my 4yo son then complained of stomach pain on the ride home and when we settled in at home afterwards, I felt a digestion pain I haven 't felt since going vegan 8 years ago so I 'm not totally sure our food was handled ethically. And yes, we were also the only Black family in the restaurant."

"I tried Gloria's for the first time today and it was amazing. The service was excellent and the food was the best I've ever tasted. Five months later (not sure why it took me so long), I visited again and everything was perfect once more. "Went there for a Sunday afternoon birthday lunch for my mother. We got there during Sunday lunch and had a short wait, but was expected because of the time we went, but it was less than 10 minutes which was fine. Our server Kaycee took very good care of us and the food was very good and came out pretty quickly. All of our steaks were delicious and cooked as we requested. Manger came and checked on us as well. Very nice experience."

"We visited this place for the first time and had a great time. Some of the restaurant could be updated, as the benches and menus were worn out. The chef at our table was a delight, yet some of the others were not so personable. He gave us a good show and made sure everyone got received what they asked for. We were placed at a table with another group, which was fun and we chatted with them as the food was cooked. If you haven’t been, give it a try! You will enjoy it!"

"Never again. I'm trying to figure out how this place stays in business. The Margarita tasted like a snowcone and was $9 which should have been $1. I had the trout plate and I literally ate 2 bites of the trout and was done with it. My chicken wings were bland but were supposed to be garlic butter. They weren't. They had 0 flavor at all and were cooked too crispy. I ate 1 wing and was done with that mess. My friend's meal was messed up as well and she actually sent it back and it still wasn't right. They manage to mess up crab legs, royally.The best part about this visit was leaving and we still felt screwed over because we still paid."

"First time here and I will absolutely be back. Everyone you encounter even customers are extremely nice! I can?t wait to come back. I had the Mediterranean Platter. And to kill that sweet tooth a slice of cheesecake!! Wanted to try a little of everything. Plus a cute vintage Coca Cola fridge with drinks , Honest honey green tea it was for me. Another customer had the Philly Cheesesteak and sweet potato fries, that?s next on my list!!! A must try! don?t let the construction detour you. Was easy to find and worth it"

"Customer service is on point.. nice friendly staff but the bbq was a definite no for me the two meat plate with two sides ion eat pork so I got chicken and turkey .. all I can say is nasty!! No flavor under cooked and served lukewarm.. baked potatoes cold the meats taste just like black smoke with lighter fluid added .. and they food is not even fully cooked the chicken was grey . I didn’t eat it 45 and I was not happy..! Baby I been eating bbq all my life and this was absolutely the worst .. "Yen China Cafe: My steamed dumplings were really good and had a very good sauce with them. They were soft and had lots of goodies inside. The vegetable roll was crunchy and fully loaded and the cheese wantons were crunchy just the way I like them. They gave me sweet and sour sauce for free to go with them. I’ll be ordering from there again. I want to try their other dishes too. I have been looking for a good new Chinese place. I think I just found it."

"I love, love, love the bread sticks here. The fact they are bottomless makes them even better! I love coming here when they have endless pasta too, I usually don't order it but I will go with friends who do and they love that you can make your own combos. I like the fettuccine alfredo with chicken, easy on the sauce and, of course, lots and lots of bread sticks. I really enjoy getting a side of marinara to dip the bread sticks into!"

"We came for the night of Trivia, made by the Garland Central Library, it was a lot of fun! We sat at the bar, was a little tight by many people who visited this event, with only 2 servers get all the orders they did a good job to serve everyone. Overall, if there is another event here, we will definitely participate. Food was good, great service and the place was clean."

"I keep forgetting this is the location with the horrible staff. Shame on me for not checking my order before leaving, but if I said it’s right on the screen and you’re making the food and checking it off the list on your screen, you think it would be right. I still think they are overpaid at $12/hr. They’re not worth over $7/hr."

"I had a wonderful birthday lunch at The Outback Steak House in North Garland today. Lindsey provided excellent service, the food was prepared as requested and tasted delicious. Everything was served hot and our drinks were always refilled. Lindsey was attentive and efficient. We also had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with the owner, Cindy Berlanga. This was the best experience we've ever had at an Outback. Keep up the great work!"

"Wow, such an amazing location with some amazing food. I stopped in with a few buddies and they had been telling me about how good this place was. I was pleasantly shocked at how amazing everything tasted. The beer was great and the BBQ was on point. There is not much else to say. If you are in the area, and you have an opportunity to stop in and give this place a try, take that opportunity! I do not think that you will be disappointed at all. They have an amazing beer selection too that was not expensive at all. The beer flight is the way to go!"
