"We had a very short waiting time before we went up and sat at our table. We ordered our food and our appetizer just a few minutes before our meal. I will say, however, that they had the best food we had during our stay in Gatlinburg. Good variety for everyone. Our service wasn't so good. Our waiter didn't check us at all, we ran out of drinks several times and had to fly him down several times to bring more. I also asked for a side of Ranch for my frits, and after waiting until my frits were cold, he came to our table and told us that they were from ranch at the same time, took our incomplete nachos, while not attention and poured the chips/beans/cheese in my drink. He offered nothing instead of the ranch and rushed away. He then brought our check without asking if we needed anything else (my friend wanted another beer, but made sure he would know that he had ordered another, but to forget that he had already brought our check). I would have given 5 stars if not to the bad experience with the waiter, but we will definitely give it another attempt when we are back in town."
