"Kinda feel bad for the employees because clearly they are short staff but either way everyone here only focus’s on pick up orders and drive thru. Go in for dine in and you’ll end up waiting 25 min for a 1 plate, while every drive thru and pick up order is the first one out. Definitely don’t recommend this panda… especially if you’re on lunch from work.. you’ll spend your whole 30 min just waiting and no one will say a single word to you. Not even a hello lol"

"Food was horrible and disgraceful. I asked for extra sauce and instead all they did was add water to it. I can tell for two reasons for starters I make sauce a lot (I 'm Italian) so I know how watered down sauce taste and on top of that it was so watery and not sealed properly that when it was put up right in my vehicle on the seat the sauce was so watery that you could hear it sloshing around in the container and due to it not being sealed properly it 's spilled everywhere and had the consistency of tomato JUICE. On top of that there was a rude manager in the kitchen yelling at his employees that if you make a mistake you need to fix it not sure what the full context was however you should not be speaking to employees like that as they 're going to the kitchen to get your food next thing is they ran out of linguine what kind of Italian eatery runs out of linguine the place looks run down and dirty and they hardly get any business I could see if it was a busy place but it wasn 't.owners are just cheap instead of adding non Italian eatery items the menu they should focus more on buying the key staple items for any proper Italian business after all it 's in the name."

"We went to enjoy a Mother’s Day lunch at Pronto’s. We were not disappointed! They greeted is at the door and the lovely moms in our group received a rose from the staff as we were seated. We sat our server was attentive and pleasant as we ordered drinks. The mudslide and blue voodoo were tasty options that we indulged in. They supplied hot bread and butter for us while we waiting. We ordered the fried zucchini as a starter and we enjoyed them. They’re hot when brought out, so keep yourself off … – show"
