"Been a customer at this location for many years, going back to even before it was Rosa's, when it was Mario's. Never had a problem with either establishment until recently, within the last 6 months or so.Service at Rosa's has been absolutely terrible!! I don't know why, but in all the years I've been a customer, I've never experienced such bad service back to back to back. Maybe new management? I don't know. Regardless, I did keep going despite the terrible service the extremely rude manager because we all have bad days. Unfortunately, their service continues to be terrible, the so called manager (i don't know if it actually is the manager or not) is still very rude and as a longtime customer, I would rather give my money to other local pizzerias like Gino's or Francesca's that have continously provided better service, friendly staff great food. It's a shame, but they lost a longtime frequent customer."
