"This place is an adherent to the dominant chef school mandate of Pile It Higher and Deeper. Whether it is a pork chop or filet of grouper, it will be delivered in a high rise of items like croutons, fried onions, lettuce, cheese, sour cream and sesame seeds, topped with a runny, cheesy sauce. Underneath, after you scrape off the skyscraper, is pretty good food: chicken, fish or beef. Service is quick and friendly. Wait staff are trained to bring the balanced plate to your table without spilling or upsetting the mound of food, trembling on the plate. It sure looks good, and tastes good too."
