"When I drove off the Pioneer Mountains after a fantastic weekend, I hunted a hot sandwich, veggie and a strong ice cream coffee. I'm so glad we stumbled on Hailey Coffee! Great food, fantastic coffee and wonderful atmosphere. My husband and I shared the roasted veggie pesto panini, filled with homemade pesto sauce, artichoke hearts, roasted yellow tomatoes, basil, roasted red peppers and covered with provolone cheese. Holy Cannoli was delicious! The artichoke hearts delivered the same consistency as chicken without the calories. And the taste was amazing! All veggies burst with taste, must have been improved by the pesto. The bread was roasted to perfection. Coupled with a strong icy vanilla latte, my desire was satisfied and my hunger was cultivated until we came home! I would recommend the food here 10/10. *Note I waited a long time for the sandwich, but it was worth it. In addition, it was Sunday, so the staff was easy. I think there were only two people."
