"I personally believe that this is the top food spot in Hixson. The smoked meatloaf, amazing potato salad, smoked mac and cheese, and incredible brisket are all exceptional. This restaurant also serves the best hot dog in town. Chef Q, the owner, is a very pleasant person. If you stop by to pick up your food, make sure to say hi to Wendy for me. She is fantastic. I highly recommend calling in a to-go order and enjoying a meal from this place. While there are other great restaurants in the area like El Metate and Lakeshore Grill, my favorite is Chef Q's establishment."
