"my parents and I visited okura on a Friday night, made reservations before the time and sat at 18:30 clock. the restaurant was not busy, but it took a good time for our server to welcome us. About seven minutes after taking our drinking water he returned and mentioned that he had forgotten us before he expired to get our drinks that lasted another five minutes. at his return we asked about the menu and received very vague answer (we spoke this up to him relatiw new, something else he mentioned.) I myself and my mother ordered hot entrées and my father ordered a sushi entrée. a good time pass before we received suppe, and about 15 minutes later we received the two hot entrées, but the server noticed that the sushi would currently fail. we thought he left it back because he ran out of the hands to carry everything, but it turned out that the sushi station was extremely secure and it would be about 30 minutes until my father got his sushi entrée. after about 20 minutes, at which time both my mother and I were eaten, we asked for the check and the manager. my vater worked in the industry as long as I can remember and rarely says anything unless there is a dazzling red flag, but this time he felt it necessary. the owner, amy, came to talk to us and gave a lot of excuses why we received bad service and why there were such extreme delays. this was once a fantastic restaurant for the locals, but we will never return again."
