"I decided to give this Cookout location a try since we usually visit the one near Concord Mills, and I must say, this has been the best Cookout experience I've ever had—I've been to quite a few! I've stopped by during peak hours lately, and surprisingly, the drive-thru line was quite short. The employee, Maxwell, was exceptionally friendly as he took my order. He didn’t rush me, which is a refreshing change from other locations where the staff often seem impatient and annoyed. When I reached the window to pay and collect my food, Maxwell remained polite and was very helpful in making sure I had everything I needed. Plus, my order was completely accurate—unlike our experiences at other Cookout locations where there often seems to be an issue. The total time from ordering to receiving my food was just over five minutes, which really impressed me. I will definitely return, and I want to give a special shout-out to Maxwell for being such a fantastic employee, especially in these times!"
