"a few weeks ago my man and I wanted to celebrate his birthday, so we decided to choose this place due to his reviews, awards etc. we asked for reservation and informed that the kitchen is not closed between 14-17 clocks (which is the case in most restaurants in Switzerland). we liked to learn this. after our arrival at 13:15 but our excitement went down immediately. 1. The Lady server was extremely rude to hurry and inform us with the order “the kitchen closes to 2 uhr ha” and to go away. my man tried to stop them for communication, but he simply reached quick response that “maybe the kitchen remain open as...” whatever. 2. After my man had received our meal, he discovered his pork to the point that it was raw inside. at this point our experience was completely destroyed and we really regretted, we did not go out immediately after we noticed the rudeness of the service. sometimes, when your guts tell you it's better to run. 3. they would expect someone to make it in such an excellent restaurant for their mistake with perhaps a free desert or something. but no. absolutely nothing has been done to make us happier. only an ugly bill at the end! very too expensive. the interior looks like he hadn't been refreshed for years. 80s still alive and well. Don't put your money. this restaurant is simply not worth it."
