"A transfer from previous times: We have been to the Golden Angel in Ingelheim more often and have always been satisfied there. Unfortunately, we obviously had a bad day at our current visit. The place was rugged and we got, even though reserved for days before, only a table in the side room, which is actually intended for larger companies, and seemed rather lost there. Operation The young lady was kind, courteous and, despite the high-level business in the local area, tried to fulfil her tasks, which however did not succeed 100%. A soup was served incorrectly and two beverage orders forgot. After complaint, however, the errors were immediately resolved under apology. However, in the ancillary area there was not too often questioned for reorders. If one values the statements of all four people, one comes to a cut of 3* Overall, the food suffered under the strong urge in the restaurant. Most of the foods were too cold or warmed up. There is always a special offer outside the standard offer, this time whiskey beer, brewed from the mash of beer and whiskey. An interesting taste with light smoke aroma and a touch of Peated Whiskey. Ambience The brewhouse is a rather inconspicuous construction from the outside with a lot of parking. The interiors could be called modern rustic. There is a large beer garden in addition to the already mentioned secondary room. Unfortunately, the stay in the actual guest room was not forged because of overfilling, so that part of the mood was already in advance with the devil. This will not stop us from further visits to the Golden Angel, but for the first time we must cut off our frustration through this visit. Cleanliness There is nothing to criticize in terms of cleanliness, even in the toilets, which are located in the basement and can only be reached via a staircase, while the rest of the guest rooms are barrier-free up to an empore."
