"I use the mobile app because it gives the best deals, allows me to go through the drive-thru faster, and ensures that i order exactly what I want. That said, I go here often and one in every three orders is wrong in some way. Today I ordered the double jalapeño burger with medium fries and drink. I recieved a single patty, a small fry that was half full, and a small drink. I don't understand how the cook, the fry preparer, AND the drive-thru worker ALL messed up their job. This happens WAY too often and has caused me to check all of my orders before I leave. This has to be the most pathetic McDonalds I have ever been to."
