"We had our first dampers and then a clam/scallop plate. All seafood was fantastic! It was fresh and the fried stuff was not too fat... delicious recipe they use. If I'd change one thing, I wish her fries were crispy. Ours were a little soggy and Limp. The staff was welcoming and smiling. It was a good way to start the Clam season for us!!"

"Go ahead! Sometimes you need to find a place that only accepts cash to the true heart and soul of a city/city food and the pub is certainly one of them. Despite the crazy price of seafood in these days, the lobster roll is the best you can find in the city, I also beat the pub burger, and make sure to bring a companion with you so that you can share onion rings and pommes. What would Ipswich be without a pub? I'm not sure, but I just know that I don't want to imagine such a future."

"Great food and nice atmosphere, my burger was delicious. If a 4 star had been, but our water filler (who looked like Timothee Chalamet) fixed our table that asked for help without ourselves. So total 4.5 star food and 5 star service. Very recommended!"

"Great looking menu, tiny parking. The hostesses have no interest in helping someone. Why 1 star with such a great looking menu? I stopped eating with my wife. Because of illness and life, I can't drink beer. I was fascinated by all delicious menu choices. I do not drink water, I drink diet soda (against the health problems). We came in, wanted to talk to the hostesses, gave up and sat at the bar. The bartender came by and I asked if there is a diet soda? Your answer... no. So we left. Ipswitch Ale Why don't you offer any accommodations for specific drivers? Water or sugar silk or out. It would be a nice gesture if you wanted something for DD / Diabetic customers who want to try the food on your menu."

"Needed to grab some food while driving through the area, walked in, ordered a super beef sandwich, they didn't try to upsell me but did warn me that the horseradish was real, which is a huge plus from my perspective, and got out the door with a pile of roast beef on a bun slathered with real horseradish in minutes, for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended,especially if you like real horseradish more than the mayo horseradish sauce."

"My first visit to this facility was two of us sitting at the bar, the only moats there at the time. The fish chips I ordered included a frozen fillet in a dough that was concrete, and the cost: $25. I found the service Sub par; the bartender/server never once asked about our meals, nor thank us for our patronage. About expensive wings, and we were charged $3 extra for adding lemonade (from the well) to a titos and soda? Bad quality food, service and overpriced food and drinks"

"One of the best Chinese restaurants in the area. Eating is something more pricier than others, but the quality is there to support this. Sushi is fantastic and not shy on the fish. I'm also a big fan of the Crab Rangoon. It is super crispy on the outside and a dream on the inside. Curry dishes are also favorites and consistently delicious. Sitting at the bar is a must because the bar staff are amazing (Grace is our favorite) and delightful and regular chatty and friendly. It is a great place and a great atmosphere."

"Been here a couple of times now. Same experience both times. Typical Chinese food. Nothing special. The restaurant was almost empty except for the bar. The waitress/hostess was more interested in the men at the bar than in serving us at the booth she sat us at. We could have walked out without paying easily after waiting 15 min for our check and still did not come. Walked out to register and still 10 min wait while she chatted and giggled with the boys. I wanted to see how long it would take. She was nice when we seen her. I won't be ever going back there is just no reason to really!"

"Pomodori has a super fantastic job at catering my granddaughter 30. Birthday! The consultation I had with them in front of my hand helped me to place my orders, so I did not choose over, and the food was excellent!!! Especially the Bratbeef Slider, zita,broccoli, and Chicken Alfredo, and my favorite bags and roles...and the freshest Caesar salad and great dressing with extra on the side!!! Delivery was punctual and so professional!!!! Thank you."

"We have eaten at this restaurant previously but have never been put in the back dining room. Since there were 6 of us that’s apparently where the big groups are seated. Unfortunately large groups are loud and every table was filled. It was very hard to hear our fellow table mates. I probably won’t book there again with a large group. On the other hand the food was good as was our server. When we come back it will be just with my husband."
