"Hooray for excellence. Obviously run by people who really care, this small diner serves up fresh and delicious food made by owner, Mark, and perfectly served by lovely Jane in a cozy, happy space. We've been there twice. It even has a tree trunk in the front corner with lighted branches decorating the ceiling. Guaranteed any time we're in Jamestown we will most definitely make it to this really special restaurant on Allen Street. Sadly, these kinds of eating establishments are few and far between these days. Congratulations!"

"Food was...ok. But not nearly good enough to justify the price. We were the only family sitting in the dining area, but there were 4 or 5 other groups that came in, grabbed pickup, and left before we got served.Also, they were out of about 70% of the drinks they had on the menu due to supply chain shortages.Finally, they had advertised 20% off the whole menu on a big banner outside, But I didn't see that discount applied when we checked out, of course I didn't remember it until I got out to my car and saw the banner again...My suggestions to management is to not led take out orders take priority over visiting customers, if you can't get certain items on your menu, then at least get local substitutes, especially in the drink department. And either increase the quality of the food, or decrease your price.All in all, if you're going to drop over $100 on dinner, they're better places to go in Jamestown."

"We had been in town furniture shopping and were looking for an early dinner before we headed home. Southern Roots was amazing. The atmosphere and ambience was great kind of a chic beach theme going. Our server was great she was very attentive and helpful. When my wife was having trouble choosing between 2 wines she brought her samples of each to help. My wife had a glass of wine and I had a spiced Manhattan that was on their drink specials. The Manhattan was great best one I had had in a long time. Bartender was nice enough to show me what she used so I could replicate at home. We had a rosemary half loaf for an appetizer and it was very good not overpowering but the bread and the rosemary butter complimented each other. We stuck with sandwiches we had a steak and cheese wrap and the billy bob sandwich. Fries for one side and cole slaw for the other. Everything was delicious and well prepared. Fries were solid and the Cole slow was a mayo base and alot of liquid which we like. The billy bob has a Fried green tomato, gouda pimento cheese and bacon. It was really good. If I came back I would have a burger with the Gouda Pimento cheese because I loved that and think it would compliment it well. Loved the visit and dinner and will definitely be back when we are in the area. Everything we saw coming out of the kitchen looked great and we now have a number of other items we are looking forward to trying."

"Lets start by saying the Sweet Iced Tea, fresh fruit and buttermilk biscuits were fantastic and made the whole meal. Unfortunately the meals themselves were just okay. The Country-Fried Steak Platter tasted heavily of flour, but it was edible, and the mash potatoes were a bit pasty like instant potatoes. The Fork-Tender Pot Roast needed seasoning and was just gravy with very small chunks of meat, would of liked an actual piece of meat. The kids enjoyed their meals (they are not hard to please) but did complain about how small the servings were. We did order dessert but have not eaten it yet therefore I will not rate them but It looks good so fingers crossed."

"Awesome! 20 times now...(can lose the trace of a couple 1st..Steak was good, but the butterfly left cut one side a bit over compared to the other (not a big thing. Potatoes really good. Peach creme brulee was also really good. 2....Türkei Panini and Pommes. Delicious (especially the sun-dried tomatoes!!! Fries are also amazing. Too much food and I'm a fat boy eating BIG portions. 3. ham hoagie. Really good, but I prefer the panini hot sandwich is better. If you like a sandwich, it's big and good. Fries again we are great. Pizza was good, but not what you could expect (has some of the woman. Chicken Panini. Good but turkey was better than expected. 5....Pasta Bowl (Türkei Alfredo... I can see where some people will love it, but not my preference. Maybe another time with another sauce (and no mushrooms). The wives of the wife were somewhat overwhelmed, but still good. Uncle very enjoyed his bacon panini (2nd for him). Can't love everything you try, but never know when you try. 6....Turkey, buffalo mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, and bang bang sauce panini with frits. That's the best for me. 7....York Burger is okay. Apple chicken sausage panini w/cheddar and sun-dried tomatoes... really good. 8....Türkei, Mozzarella, Panini... Pickle, sun-dried tomatoes, bang sauce and pommes... best meal combo safe. Donuts...OMFG amazing! 9.... Gyro Lamb... good overall, but does not hit high on my Gyro list... I think it's the tzatziki sauce...not easy enough... no real cucumber taste came through... hard to describe, but it just didn't match all my previous gyro experiences. Cheese baked potato casserole is AWESOME and so the frits are as usual. Next trip probably try the new melting sandwiches. 10. Journey...Tacos are really good. Especially chicken and ground beef. New girl (4 days was really nice. (Update...specials list is cool...maybe I'll get one finally. 11th trip...chicken panini w/mozzarella, tomatoes, and bang bang sauce...delicious. cheesy vegetable casserole is also quite good. 12th trip...chicken panini and fries...still great 13...still good...chicken panini, fries, and cheesy vegetables. Maybe you just update travel numbers unless something new is trying....it's always good. 14... still fantastic. Tonight full! Keep the business rolling; 15...still good...chicken panini again natural 16... 17...18...19... 20... still ingenious"

"Service was great. Food was good. Price was reasonable. People eat around a large wrap-around bar. The servers were some of the best I’ve had in a long time. The salmon salad had an great piece of grilled salmon but the ingredients of the salad were not mixed the food took up the entire plate so you couldn’t mix it yourself. The Low Country Boil was above average. Nice place for a date!"

"This is a great place! Unlike some other local restaurants, they were excited to take our group reservation, which was important for our group of 16 drivers to make our run. Your employees and owners were super friendly and attentive. The service was fast and accurate. And above all the food was delicious! I had her 49 Brunch Burger. Never heard of a burger with beef, bacon, egg and...... But holly Kuh was the bomb! Our whole group loved everything, we are sure back!!"

"We were really looking forward to this meal, but we ended up feeling quite let down. The lobster bisque was overly sweet and served cold. The French onion soup was essentially just a bowl of onions with cheese on top. The salad was mostly arugula, which wasn’t appealing at all. The menu on their website advertised steak Oscar, but they no longer offer it, so I opted for the filet and scampi instead. Unfortunately, the filet was small, overcooked, and the scampi consisted of nothing more than a handful of angel hair pasta and three shrimp. The medallions were acceptable, but overall, it was a very disappointing experience."

"Right in the heart of downtown Jamestown, this place can easily be missed unless you are looking for it. The good news is – if you read this – you will probably search for it! Not only are these guys the only all-vegetarian restaurant in Chautauqua County (for my knowledge, they are one of the best all-vegetarian restaurants in the entire western New York region. Maybe one of the best in the whole state. There is food in Labyrinth that you can literally find nowhere else. I'm not just talking veggie burgers – although of course they have them. They have culturally sought-after dishes, such as a delicious Gobi Makhani (the favorite of my wife, Burritos and Tacos, “Korean Beer Fries”, and more. Almost everything is available as a sandwich or wrap or bowl. I think everything (or at least almost? is also available, vegan made by substituting / withdrawing milk. When I first found out about her, I was surprised that an allveggie restaurant was able to stay in this area... But then I tried. And then I tried them again. And now I understand. They are able to stay in business in a less-than-veggie-friendly region because they are so dang good!"

"We chose to come back to Fish based on previous experiences when the food was very good. This time we were disappointed. The fall menu maybe attractive price wise $35 for one appetizer and main course). I must say the coconut and carrot bisque we had for appetizer was very good and interesting but for the main course you choose a “protein” as we were told) and then you pick a sauce and a side to go with it. When I go out to dinner in a good restaurant I expect the chef to come up with his own creations based on ingredients that he carefully chooses and mixes to create a unique dish. The chef at Fish is very capable and should do away with “assemble your own dinner” kind of menu. I would rather pay more for an exceptional dinner. I chose the collard greens for side dish and they were unpleasant, served whole with some onions and vinegar. Service was attentive although twice the waiters tried to pour tap water over sparkling. The whole experience made us question if we would go back."

"this place is amazing! idk, what's going on, with any of the reviews negatiw. my man and I stopped today on the way through the city and they were not disappointed. it is fast and casual. we have 2 gyros, spiced pommes and hummus. everything was great. fresh ingredients. super delicious spicy pommes. Critique or complain. the employees (owners were very nice. eating came hot and fast. we will come back!"

"This place is legit…Came at a perfect time for their Wednesday Special! ?The Brisket “double burger” was to die for, pictures don’t do it justice... Everything about it was sinfully delicious with melted shredded mozzarella, banana pepper chutney, topped with shredded beef ribs and garlic mayo.Two of those double Brisket Burgers delicious baked beans and Mac and cheese. Also, the best-smoked Ribs “half-rack” with green beans. The brisket meatloaf was great too, that had a little kick of spice to it…Wow, what nice flavors! Enjoyed with the Fam! We’re regulars here! this place…"

"Kelly's Cafe Pub is a wonderful dining experience. A restaurant with a pub side (high top tables and many tvs with different channels on) and a cafe side (low tables and booths for family dining). Same menu for both sides. We googled restaurants near the Destination Outlet Mall, it's about 12 min drive from the Mall. We walked in, and a party of baseball families/players walked in right behind us. Luckily our waitress grabbed our order first and we never saw her not moving. Excellent customer experience. The food was fan-freaking-tastic. I highly recommend the french onion soup. So good we got one to go- which was packaged perfectly for travel. The half chef salad was so huge I was glad I didn't order the full. We got the crab cake special as an app and my guy got the fried fish w pub fries. Perfectly fried and the fries we hot, crispy and flavorful. We are already planning a trip back just to dine there again. A perfect diamond nestled a small town. Can't wait to go back."
