"Today, I went through the drive-thru at this restaurant and was asked to move forward to wait for my fries, which would take 2.5 minutes. No problem, right? However, after watching 4 more cars be served and leave while I waited for 10 minutes, I had to go through the drive-thru again to get my food because the lobby was closed. I don't mind waiting a few minutes for my lunch, but waiting 10 minutes and seeing my fries put into another customer's bag before mine was delivered was frustrating. I shouldn't have been asked to move forward if everyone else was getting their fries before me."
