"We stopped here for a late lunch 3 pm on a Tuesday. We were heading home from an RV trip to the Valley, so we were towing our fifth wheel. The huge parking lot made it a convenient and easy stop. We were the only customers there when we arrived. Our server greeted us promptly and took excellent care of us. We both ordered the two meat plate. I got pork spare ribs and sliced brisket with grilled asparagus and cream corn. My husband got double brisket with borracho beans and potato salad. Both meals were served with delicious fresh jalapeno cornbread, sliced pickles and onion. The table had two bottles of house made sauce: original and sweet heat. Although the sweet heat wasn't spicy, it was so good! The brisket was lean (without being dry) and quite tasty and the ribs were tender and flavorful. The taste of the beans was perfect, but they could have been a little warmer. The grilled asparagus was nicely seasoned and cooked just right. The corn and potato salad were okay, but not anything to brag about. We will definitely return when we are in the area again.Parking: Large lot, free of potholes"
