"another farm with excellent kitchen is the upper wet in irlahüll. since our last visit in 2009, a lot has changed outside. the terrace was enlarged, a pergola now shields the terrace from the parking space, and a ramp for wheelchairs was created. next to the ramp is now a small garden pond. the environment in the interior is hardly changed. comfortable device with bright furniture, chairs and benches are light blue padded. where some of the padded might already need a refresh because spots and holes are inside. Otherwise, the cleanliness is also impeccable in the ceramic department in the cellar. the menu offers a nice selection of suppen and main dishes, also vegetarian dishes are below. a strong meat broth with a griesnockerl and abundant leberspätzle, decorated with freshly cut salmon. festtagsuppe today I had again lust on a black carved Wiener art (9,20 euro) with pommes frites. two beautiful carvings, handmade perfectly prepared. the plate beautiful golden brown, wavy and obviously baked in the pan. the flesh was beautifully tender and juicy, of bright color and fine maseration. would have been through with some of them as a calf carving. the steakhausfries were light brown and the oil was well dewatered. because they are thicker than the usual Pommes-Fries, they are still beautifully soft in the inner and taste more intense after kartoffeln. the analat could be mounted today on the rich salat buffet itself. there were green salads, cauliflower, carrots, bore, tomatoes, gurks, farmalat and kartoffelsalat. all fresh and crisp. two different dressings stood for the selection, as well as to garnish olive and feta cheese. salatbuffet was particularly suitable was the still warm potato salad. classic dressed with a little broth and super decorated. the Franconian sour roast with a semmelknödel and blue crumbled (11,80 euro) was also top class. the meat went on the rim and the sauce was a tight one. The homemade six-smeldles were impeccable, especially in connection with the spicy sauce and the fresh fruits. the blue crimson was also excellent. we had a hot and very strong espresso (1.60 euro,) hot and very strong. the service was very friendly and attentive. Despite a larger birthday society, the two young ladies always seemed sovereign and had everything exemplary in the sense. Conclusion: excellent eating, exemplary service, beautiful environment. prices are cheaper. a visit is highly recommended."

"Friday in Bavaria there are fish. I remember today the land that raves, which, in addition to specialties from the old-fashioned lamb, also has fresh fish on the map. The latter originates from the fish farming of regelmannsbrunn. from the outside the farm makes a clean and welcoming impression. Parking is abundant. in front of the gasthof there is also a terrace that has not been operated today at the low temperatures. inside the dining room is bright and friendly, with a lot of bright wood and tasteful decoration. on the tables are clean fabric tablecloths and medium ceilings, a small vase with fresh cut flowers serves as table decoration. we were the first guests and were welcomed immediately. the service was made today by two young services, pretty dressed in stylish dirt. always friendly, attentive and flink. the menu offers numerous tassels from the old-fashioned lamb, for example the lamb panders Bartholomääh, lambbread sausage, meat plants, roast medaillons and lamb fillet. In addition to the usual dressings of the Bavarian and German cuisine of soups, appetizers, broth, main dishes and desserts, fish and vegetarian meals are also on the map. Today there were three different trout dishes also seaweed, wild salmon and zander. as an appetizer today we took Garlauchbrote (3.50 euros). three roasted white bread with garlic butter and with tomato pieces. the garlic was freshly chopped and the broth tasted excellent. the smoked trout with roast potatoes (14.90 euros was warm and had a great aroma for waxed berries. the fish was delicate and very good in taste, but with the bones you must be careful. the brat potatoes were beautifully roasted, but slightly salted out therefore easier to take off points. in a small valley there were still some stratisfied Merrettich creams down the freshly grated Merrettich, on which the beats saw. the fillet of wild salmon with a fairy-blue cream (13.90 euros was practically free from bones. the fish of a somewhat firmer texture than the trout, formed a beautiful color contrast to the greenish beard sauce. that was great for salmon and salt potatoes. beautifully aromatic with not too much. an apfelschorle (0.4 ltr. proposes to book with passionate 3.30 euros. Conclusion: A visit to the raven is highly recommended and the next time I look forward to..."
