"Just to frame it in your mind, we have discussed if this restaurant gives a 1/5. The only reason we stopped was that the friends we were with had better meals and the service staff did their best. But what's so bad about it? Well, it's one of the only times in our lives that we have ordered something from the menu and because of a mistranslation we have something completely different from what we have ordered. And to make it even worse, they have different menus in German and English/French. So it was quite unpleasant that our waitress, when we were selected from the English menu, asked the food names in German... which we obviously did not have and could not know exactly. We both ordered the Fried Crispy Chicken... option and got... grilled chicken! As already mentioned, it was one of the incredibly rare times in our lives that we got something so different. The problem was that we were so hungry that we only ate it instead of explaining the mixup. But for almost 25 euros we were disappointed with the wrong type of chicken with an incredibly small part of risotto and only a few rare vegetables. If the quality had been stellar, okay, but even that was only moderate. Well, as you could probably pick up, the service was also subpar. Although our waitress did her best, she forgot a tomato soup, a bread and a beer place, all for 6 people. What hasn't helped is not really to understand what she says because she's talking a mask on and not just loud... And the fact that it is by far not enough staff in the restaurant in general. Our first order has been taken many minutes after putting what is really helpful considering that we are quite hungry and thirsty at the time we sit for dinner. Yes, although the decoration is beautiful, this restaurant was unfortunately only a big farewell. Maybe try one of the other restaurants nearby, hoping it's better... Castillo is max. 2/5"
