"Arrived Sunday morning around 10:15. 4 couples ahead of us. We would have a party of 9 so I gave Dylan my name and told him the rest of our family would be there in about 15-20 minutes. When Dylan called our name he asked if family was almost there and I said yes, so he took us back to our table. Remainer of family arrived and Jessica was our waitress. She was amazing and got all of our orders placed and served correctly. Just shouting a HUGE thank you to Dylan and Jessica for the fantastic service this past Sunday. Will definitely be back!!"

"So happy our out-of-state friends invited us to meet them at Crazy Fish for lunch! We had never eaten here and didn't even know about this restaurant. It is such a great place to eat! The food was so good. I had the shrimp basket with sweet potato fries. SO yummy! We will definitely be back here again!"

"This was the best Easter dinner I have ever had! It was incredibly wonderful to not cook for the first time in as long as I can remember since I learned how to cook! I was skeptical because I’ve had home cooking for all my years but it was just as good, and perhaps even better! The sweet potato soufflé was the best my husband and I have EVER had (so much so we ordered 3 sides to go! And we were heartbroken that they don’t serve it year round The ham was moist and so flavorful. The mini cheesecakes were crazy good! Kayla was a rock star of a server! And I don’t know what the heck other reviews were talkin’ about as far as the decor! Sadly I hadn’t been there in years and I thought it was lovely and humorous! And I also saw complaints about increased prices, but goodness, gracious, great balls of fire what prices haven’t gone up? Can’t wait to go back when it’s not a holiday and try so much more on the menu!!!"

"You cannot buy better service and food. You are all great, it is so beautiful to go into a place and how you are treated at home these guys who are at each of the service is the best and the food is incredible and much of it. If you are hungry, it is your own mother mistakes, they give free homemade soup with any purchase and I don't care what kind it is because they are all excellent. And they always include my children by giving them a small toy or gift every visit. Thank you for being like family and taking care of mine. And for anyone who likes steak and cheese sub, it's really big and really delicious the best I ever had."

Maybe it was because I was raised right, by a military vet, but MR., you praise in public and correct in private The whole atmosphere of the restaurant changed when he showed up. He has great employees, in spite of the way he acts in front of customers. Next time I go through Lake Wales from the other coast we won't be stopping at what used to be one of our favorites ?"

"Great finding. Regularly from Treasure Coaast to Tampa Bay, we were looking for a good place to eat on the trip. We were lucky when the first place we could show at our Garmin was Norbys. We read the Urbanspoon reviews and they were all good, but warning of immutation. I remembered that I was on many trips and never had a second thought. From now on we won't come by, we'll stop. Here in the middle of the state Florida, many miles from the ocean, they had the freshest grouper I had at the age. Wife had the combo, fillet, scallops and shrimps... delish!!! These people can't take a second look from those who go through, just if you knew this is a diamond in the Rough. Can't wait to try their Lobster specials."

"Food was good, large portions my kids were excited to see the goldfish on their plates with meals. Experience was super fun!! Saw 4 baby gators which move fast! Shout out to 2 generous employees a male and female who graciously gave our kids $2 each of their tips in the bar barn to buy candy. So sweet!! Very unexpected and shows a lot about the staff!! The experience was so unique. Loved the live music."

"I had dinner at this restaurant on Friday, May 27th and the steak and grilled shrimp were delicious. The atmosphere was lovely and peaceful until a woman became upset about her expired restaurant gift card. I wanted to point out that if she left a bad review online as she threatened, the staff were very patient and provided great service to our table. We were seated next to the hostess and overheard the conversation between the angry woman and the workers. It appeared that they tried to explain the issue with the card and help her understand why it wouldn't work. The food was really good and our personal interaction with the staff was positive. We even talked about how much we enjoyed our experience at Manny's three times. The bathrooms were clean. Thank you!"

"this is a pretty good Florida style BBQ connection. they give them a good part for their money and the taste is okay. I have to say that I find in all regular florida bbq to be very blanching. I prefer a taste profile with something to eat and a little heat. floridas taste profile is smoke and little other. I prefer memphis and texas bbq to florida. that is said I would recommend this joint. the waiting staff was very nice and they make good buzz and shy. ps have a good ice cream."

"Our in laws favorite place to go. So when Dad (in law) asked where he wanted to go for Fathers Day and he said Beefs!! Beefs it was!!! Never bad treatment. Slow because of Fathers Day but waitress explained 1st and we didn't mind cause we talked like old times. No cell phone, no nothing. It was great. We always go back. Other waitresses even checked on us 10 stars"

"The food is horrible. I definitely won't be ordering from this place again. It was money wasted. I don't know how this place even has the rating that they have. First of all I have wanted to try this place out so I went online last night and read the reviews. Pretty good reviews so I had my friend stop by after work and pick me up a fried fish sandwich all the way with tater kegs. It was his 1st time going there. Well he arrived with my food and the 1st thing he said to me was don't ever send me to that place again! He said people were constantly coming in from outside asking the customers in the place to please move their cars and my friend said he ordered a hamburger but wind up giving it to the dog after just a few bites and my fried fish sandwich was undercooked so I gave mine to the dog, too, and the tater kegs as well because they were very mushy and you only get 5 of those for $5.49 . Not worth it."

"My friend and I stopped in to have some lunch. Both of our first time eating here. Jen was our server, she was great! Prompt to greet us, get our drinks, and order in. Food was fresh and delicious. We started off with fried mushrooms, they came out fresh with a horseradish sauce.. so delicious!! I got the Mel burger which was fantastic! It was perfectly cooked to order. My friend got the oyster poboy, I think he really enjoyed it judging by how he literally breathed in hisfood. My friend then ordered himself a chocolate cheesecake. I had 2 bites and it was delicious! My friend then ordered me to box my fries to bring home, so I take it he also enjoyed the fries as much as I did. The fries, I believe are cutin house. No way they ordered them in frozen, they are amazing! If you're ever in lake wales, definently stop in for lunch (or dinner) and try to get Jen as your server."

"My husband and I enjoyed our dinner tonight. The food was what we expected for the price. Our Calamari appetizer was one of the best we had. My crab cakes were very good. His pig was tender with good taste. Our server was friendly and attentive. My only handle is that rice/potatoes with root vegetables were served as sides with both ducks. Very heavy. Fresh vegetables would have made a more balanced meal. That was the third time I ate here. It is a beautiful change from the typical Lake Wales restaurants. Will certainly return."

"This place is filthy ,front doors,windows ,tables,bathrooms and kitchen all discussing. We walked in it took 10 minutes standing there waiting to be seated and there were only 2 people dining at one table.The cook in the kitchen said be with you in a minute then said sorry all tables are dirty and there are no servers. Waiting for a bill to pay standing at the counter waited another 10 minutes and the cook had to come from the back to take the money. While I was waiting to pay my bill finally a server showed up to work and was (Alex) and was behind the counter coming his hair and stroking it back to put a pony tail and bandana on never washed his hands and then took the food to a table to serve. I do not recommend this place to any one. Steer clear of this Denny's . I see why from 6pm to 730pm there were only 7 people that dined there, needless to say we will not go there again."
