"TL;DR: We couldn 't check in to our hotel, and the receptionist is treating to sue us and increased the cancelation fee. I booked a room here, and not once was I ever informed that the hotel reception had hours. I 've been to 20+ hotels worldwide in my life, and never once have I seen a hotel with reception hours. Me and my girlfriend and I arrived at 1 am. We could not find the reception to see if there was a number to call or a bell. I attempted to use a number from hotels.com, but I was sent straight to a voice-mail. We left to go to another hotel so that we didn 't have to sleep in the car. The next day we called them and the man at the reception desk was instantly rude and gave us Why didn 't you?!?! Response. Afterwords he told us that we had to pay a cancelation fee. We tried to calmy and tell him we didn 't cancel. Check-in was just not possible for us. Therefore, we refused to pay. He then attempted to threaten us by saying he would call the travel agency, and they would charge us double. We told him to do so. He then sent us a message saying we have to pay for our entire time there or else he would sue. He also keeps attempting to pull money from my account even after I told him we are refusing to pay. The hotel staff is very unprofessional, rude, and unwilling to negotiate/cooperate with you."
